We absolutely love Crazy Chicken. The food is amazing, and the owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming—you can really feel the care they put into the place. They used to have a location closer to us that sadly closed, but we now drive to Hartville just for this food, and it’s 100% worth it.
The Crazy Chicken sandwiches are seriously out of this world, and everything we’ve tried has been delicious. We’ve been here many times already and will definitely keep coming back. One of our favorite spots, hands down.

The thing that stands out the most is that the people working here are so kind. The food is very high quality. It was delicious. It is not like a typical Chinese restaurant. There’s a surprising amount of variety on the menu. We have ordered online before and it was super easy. We have also ordered through the drive through, and we parked our car to wait for the food (which they brought out to us). That experience was good too because it really didn’t take long and they clearly make it fresh for you.

Wow this place is underrated ! Stopped in for a quick lunch because I was craving chicken tenders.. I just ordered some chicken tenders and coleslaw, because it was my first time and I didn’t want to spend a lot of money for something I did not like. But, let me tell you, starting with the chicken tenders- they were fantastic. Lightly, crunchy breading, and the chicken was super tender and juicy on the inside. The crazy sauce was perfect, a little tangy and just the amount of zip you need. Now, let’s talk about the coleslaw. This coleslaw doesn’t come out of a bucket I tell you that. This has to be a nice homemade blend with a creamy cucumber dressing. It adds the perfect balance. The staff was super great and explained that there is a much larger menu if you dine in! The outdoor drive-thru menu does not do this place justice. If your planning a trip here, make sure and look at the online menu first or just plan on dining inside so you can get the full effect! Definitely check this place out if in the Hartville area! A++

The chicken here is actually as insane as the name implies. May very well be the best tenders I’ve ever had. Homemade recipe from what I heard.
The service was good! They were friendly and helpful and communicated well.
Ambiance is I think a repurposed fast food place. Fits perfectly well with what they’re doing. No issues. No complaints. Very clean
But real talk… this chicken is just insanely good. I’m sad I don’t live closer to make the bad decision of eating this every other day.

Stopped here with my parents found it randomly. Wasn’t expecting the Asian fusion. But it blew my mind with how the food was food is definitely fresh love how it’s made to order. I had the orange chicken tenders. The chicken was crunchy, juicy, and flavorful. The rice that came with it was amazing. But the orange sauce I had with was tenders was amazing the told me they make the orange sauce there. Honestly will be going back there to try more of their food. The staff is very kind

Great food! A hidden gem in Hartville. Chicken is amazingly tender and tasty in every dish. We had the tenders and the General Tzos and orange chicken bowls and loved the freshness and flavor. The tenders are a juicy and crispy fusion twist on Korean fried chicken. Our new go-to place for Asian food!

Wow! We just tried this place today; it sounded perfect for us, as I love Asian food but my boyfriend doesnt. This place is top notch! We got the chicken tenders combo with rice and fries, garlic bread, pot stickers, and the general tso chicken. The chicken tenders is surprisingly out of this world, like what?! How is it THIS good?! The chicken for my general tso is so tender! It’s truly the best general tso I’ve had. The fries are ridiculously good. The crazy sauce, no idea what’s in it, but it took me for quite a ride! I enjoyed it with the fries and tenders. The rice was cooked perfectly. And then the garlic bread, uh, I didn’t know garlic bread could have that much flavor! It blew our minds. Overall, TLDR; Amazing flavor, presentation, service, and atmosphere. Why aren’t you there, yet?! Go! Go NOW!

Tommy’s is mainly asian cuisine and their food is awesome! The crazy sauce is soooooo good that I could drink it. His chicken tender meals are second to none and Tommy is one of the nicest people that you will ever meet. I highly recommend everyone make the trip to try it and if you’re in the Hartville area and never have, you really are missing out! I live 45 miles away and make the trip up to eat there. 5 stars all day long!

Not fond of the food – I’m very picky with chicken/texture; the chicken tenders had the same consistency as fish (didn’t taste like fish). The pop in the fountain machine is also off-brand and taste’s odd. My favorite was the garlic bread that comes with the chicken tenders.
