When I pulled up to the window, Bianca greeted me with a warm smile, verified my order again, and even asked how my day was going. It felt like she genuinely cared, which you don’t always see these days. My food came out quickly, everything was fresh, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.
Bianca’s customer service was just outstanding, and it really made my first visit a wonderful one. I highly recommend stopping by this location for I know I’ll definitely be back!

The “manager” of this establishment is extremely rude and arrogant. She called my mother a [xxxx] for questioning items in our order. We are also missing multiple payed for packets of dressing. This woman is an embarrassment to this company. We usually love this place and have never had a bad experience here before. When I called to confront her she told me to come to the store and “say it to her face” and other foul things. This is not okay in any way shape or form and I would like to be in contact with corporate or the district manager.

I love the service—especially when the morning manager isn’t around. Today, I was greeted with “That Lady is Back.” Excuse me, what does that even mean?
When the manager finally showed up, it all made sense. She approached the window with a side-eye and a frown, spinning the order screen around like it was a magic trick. Then she tilted her head as if to say, “Go ahead, as if head tilts interrupted into questions”
I had to remind her, “Ma’am, I ordered online,” while holding up my order confirmation. Apparently, she prefers to avoid window orders when it’s busy, which turns her into the Salad and Go witch.
And let’s talk about those fees! Ordering at the window costs me $5.73, but online it’s $10-$11. If you think I’m going to let your attitude ruin my breakfast, think again.
I care about how I’m treated when I spend my hard-earned cash. $7-$10 every weekday adds up—$50 a week, $200 a month, and $1,400 a year and more. So while the manager may not care, I do.
“THAT LADY” is taking her money elsewhere, where I’ll be respected, appreciated, and treated the way all hard-working customers deserve!
I’ll try again in a couple months she may be gone-
