Upon arrival the general dining area is very open and for the time of day we were there way too much lighting. It felt like if you said something everybody would hear it. Small menu primarily burgers sandwiches steaks and Saturday night they had barbecue ribs. Since this was our first visit we were a bit careful and ordered burgers. The wait was a bit long but not too bad considering they had one dollar bottles of domestic beer available, that was about the best part of the visit. The reason we ordered burgers was because it’s pretty hard to mess up a burger, right? We both had the American burger and we were both very disappointed. Not much flavor at all. The french fries were just frozen deep fried. I only ate half my burger and half my fries, however the two Miller high life where about the best thing of the night. I was looking for something on the menu to make it a destination restaurant but there was nothing… it is just a very small conservative lackluster menu.

Went to Tommy’s for our anniversary on Saturday. The food was delicious. We had the homemade onion rings, awesome. I ordered Ribeye, medium. It was perfect, tender and juicy. My husband and grandson ordered the smoked BBQ Ribs. They said they were excellent. My daughter order the Mushroom Swiss Burger, medium. She said it was Sooo Good!!! My younger grandson order off the children’s menu, He had the kids cheese burger. He said it was yummy. We had several other people with us. They all loved the food at Tommy’s American Grill.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed in our experience. The mozzarella sticks were okay. There was no kids menu and they were not kid friendly at all, no chocolate milk, and no lids for the cups. The only kid friendly thing on the menu was a chicken popper appetizer. The steak, the reason we went there wasn’t good. It was cooked unevenly and had no flavor. The chicken sandwich was nothing special, no different than you can make at home. We won’t return there.

Best Burger and fries I’ve had in a long time! I could write a short story about how delicious it was but I think you should try it yourself. My girlfriend loved the bbq pulled pork sandwich, we will definitely be back!

Where to start. My food was delivered to the wrong table and after they looked it over it was tossed in front of me. Waiter never came near my table to check on my food (cold fish, no butter, needed refill, etc.). This place is lucky they are attached to the hotel because locals wouldn’t return.

This place was a huge disappointment. The burger was overcooked, the so-called pulled pork was dry and virtually non-existent on my sandwich and the staff was horrible. Not to mention the drab, scary environment and setting of the interior. The prices are way too high for the poor quality of food and service received.
