It has been about 10 years since I was last at Tomato Brothers. We were looking for lunch after visiting the outlet mall in Howell. The waiter was surpreb! He was very attentive and intune to our needs. The bread sticks and marinara sauce were better than I remembered! The portions were generous! Every entrée comes with salad or soup and bread. We ordered fettuccine Alfredo and added blackened chicken. Very good! So much better than Olive Garden or Cugino’s!! Only down fall is that just about everything has mushrooms! With a mushroom allergy makes it hard to enjoy most of the menu. But definitely will be our go to for fettuccine alfredo! Would give 4.5 out of 5.

We were not the first to be there right at opening time. With this being my first visit ever, everything was delicious and the service was professional which adds to the experience of it all. The food was brought to us in a timely manner and my beverage was refreshed without even asking, as I said, definitely great service. I only wish there was a closer location to Lansing but will definitely visit in the future!

We had a large group of young baseball players and parents; all of the wait staff was so kind, fun and accommodating! Wow! The food was fantastic; from pizzas to salads! All of our food and drinks came out so quickly and correctly; we were all so impressed. We will definitely be back soon.

April 20, 25 update. We’re way in only 15 minutes, we were seated in an excellent section with our waiter Darryl, who I have recognized here before, it’s a superb waiter, so I’m looking forward to the shrimp scallop fettuccine lobster sauce tomato base, whatever I’m getting, I’ll take pictures. I’m looking forward to the breadsticks, so it’s been a year since I’ve reviewed this place, but I’ve been here several times before. It’s always been excellent, so this really is worth the price and the value for the meal for the food that you get. Darryl‘s name is wrong. It’s DARYL OK, he’s a picky waiter so OK.

Daryl was a well-seasoned, top-notch waiter who made our meal that much more enjoyable. Out of the corner of my eye, I could see him looking at me when I needed a refill, and he immediately removed dishes and got us boxes to go. However, the big thing is that he was serving many tables and still had the exceptional professional quality to give us the best service. If you’ve never tried this restaurant, you’re missing out on a wonderful experience. We’ve been coming here for decades and hope to continue coming for many more decades.
Road is an exceptional winter and not only well trained but also has a great personality, as well as being very consistent, and keeps an eye on us, making sure beverages were taken care of napkins. Several you name that he did that he did a great job. He is a great waiter and the first time I ever got to meet him. I do have a secret message for Scooby Doo, not barking up the wrong tree with this place being as excellent as Scooby-Doo you are a fantastic person and very proud of you for what you’ve done for us with this meal thank you. Non

special note to Andrew yes Santa Claus is a legal name that can be used for government official business. I know a guy who calls himself Santa Claus for real and yes, you’re still on the good list and you’re keeping it up, bud.

Came here around 5:30pm on a Monday and there was no waiting but it definitely started to get busy so I would make a reservation if you have a large group. I had the Chicken Parmigiana and I just wish it had more sauce but overall it was good. Our waitress was great. The breadsticks were fantastic, I think the ranch is house made. Would definitely eat here again.

I really wanted to love this place! The hype was real! Unfortunately, this is what I brought home. The sticks were ok and the ranch not much more than water thin. To each their own- but the ravioli. It’s not an inexpensive dish. There is one and a half pieces out of this, otherwise the presentation is exactly how it was served. I was hoping Tomato Bros. Would be a routine stop for me, while in the area Monthly. Sadly, it’ll be a skip.

Very family friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Food was wonderful, we had fried fish and chips and shrimp and scallop linguine. We also had great calamari and awesome breadsticks.
Our server was great, lots of wonderful Italian dishes to choose from and amazing desserts as well. Great overall dining experience.

My husband and I came here several months ago and had exceptional service from Parker! I wanted to write a review (something I rarely do) but forgot to. Today we were in the neighborhood again and stopped in. Parker wasn’t our server, but he was the server for the tables near us and we stopped him to ask his name (I knew it was unique, but couldn’t remember it). You can tell he enjoys what he does (if he doesn’t, he hides it very well). In a day and age where young men and women rarely even smile and greet you when you’re a customer, someone like Parker is very refreshing!

This is a classic Italian restaurant my family has been going to for as long as I can remember. It’s hands-down the best place to enjoy an amazing Italian meal! While everything on the menu is fantastic, my personal favorite is Anna’s Chopped Chicken Greek Salad — the flavors are always spot on, and I find myself craving it at least once a month.

Although I’m gluten-free now and can’t have the breadsticks, I definitely had enough of them in my younger years to last a lifetime — and trust me, they’re *that* good. I can still remember exactly how they taste!

If you’re in the mood for classic Italian food or a delicious, fresh salad, this place is a great choice. They also offer gluten-free pizza, which is a huge plus for me when I want something more filling than a salad. It’s awesome to be able to enjoy a great meal alongside my friends who are eating bread and pasta.

Highly recommended!
