My Rib eye was fantastic med well, the baked potato was okay and my salad was delicious. Once I sent the cold food back to the kitchen. I was on my way too a great meal, then I noticed how cold it was inside the restaurant. I thought it was me because it was cold outside. Now the staff was very friendly and helpful they greated us when we came checked on us and gave big good byes when we left,the bathroom is a whole nother story

Our server, Tatyana, was so attentive, pleasant, and thoughtful! She also knew the menu top to bottom and knew exactly what to recommend us newcomers based on our tastes/interest. We went for my birthday the day after Christmas and a snow storm hit. They were closing due to the storm but my server was amazing! We weren’t rushed. They fussed and sang Happy Birthday! We ate a bit but took the rest home so they could get home!

The Texas Roadhouse is a popular and well regarded American steakhouse chain that offers guests Texan & Southwestern style cuisine steaks, ribs, chicken and other mouth watering dishes.
In June of 2025, I brought and treated my wife and myself for dinner at Texas Roadhouse, specifically the branch based in New Rochelle, New York and we had a fabulous time!!!
We were warmly welcomed by the restaurant’s staff upon our arrival, and quickly provided with a very big and comfortable dining table.
We enjoyed the restaurant’s vivacious atmosphere, led in part by the playing of its pop culture music and its display of live sporting events featured on large size elevated television screens. We also took note and enjoyed viewing the restaurant’s rustic interior settings, it’s notable neon signs, and its brightly colored murals that depict iconic New York figures and destinations.
My wife and I would like to give a special acknowledgment to our server, Anthony. We thank Anthony for his amazing hospitality and impeccable professionalism. He did a great job on explaining the menu options, taking our orders, and had always checked in with us to make sure we were having great time. Texas Roadhouse is definitely blessed to have Anthony on their team.
In addition to the great service, my wife and I absolutely loved our meals at Texas Roadhouse. We found our “cinnamon honey bun rolls” to be unbelievably scrumptious and our “tater skins” and salad to be quite superb. I ordered and enjoyed my full slab ribs entree while my wife ordered and enjoyed her steak kabob entree. We both were impressed by our entree’s large serving size and found it perfectly cooked, well seasoned and highly delicious!!!
We highly recommend for everyone to visit and dine at the Texas Roadhouse restaurant. You are guaranteed to have a great dining experience!!!

Now I’ve been to plenty of Texas Roadhouse establishments and the experience I had here at this one was absolutely phenomenal! Our server Jay, beautiful young lady was very polite, she was attentive the entire time. I could not have asked for any one better to provide top-tier outstanding customer service like she did, will definitely keep stopping by again!!!!
