So whether it’s a late afternoon libation or a pre-dinner cocktail, indulge yourself with a flavorful cocktail; our bartenders are knowledgeable and skilled in their craft. Our full cocktail menu features recipes that use fresh herbs and house-made syrups. Manhattans or daiquiris? Easy-peasy, but our bartenders are up to any challenge. Consider the Pineapple Trainwreck, made with aged rum and our own ginger syrup, for a touch of sweetness without being cloying; it may become your new favorite drink. After your meal, cap off the night with an espresso martini or anything else you can dream up. The TQ restaurant and bar will be as memorable as the Historic Victorian Village of Milford itself. Tom Quick is my absolute favorite restaurant in Milford, PA!

Food:
Some of the best food I’ve had! They have something for everyone here—very Italian, a little bit of Greek, etc!

Everything tastes very rich and flavorful. I love the Calamari and Goat Cheese Salad (sometimes I add chicken). Those are my go-to’s. Both are so flavorful and consistently taste great (I’ve gotten both 8 times at least since I’ve started to come to Milford in August. There’s no variation in quality with them, but I’ve also gotten other things—although not as much as those two, and it seems to be the same across the board: consistent, delicious, high quality food).

I recently tried the Greek Flatbread as an appetizer. It was honestly very unique, flavor-packed, and delicious. If you’re 2 people, the half sized is perfect (4 pieces, 2 each). I could also see splitting a full size with 4+ people being perfect. If you can EAT, feel free to get it as an entree, but you’ll probably have a piece or two left over. I plan on trying the Caramelized Pear Flatbread the nice time I stop by.

The Spaghetti and Giant Meatball is also delicious. They don’t give you an inane amount of pasta which is so refreshing. I can actually finish the meal! Likewise, everything about it is very tasty. There’s the perfect amount of sauce, spices, etc. As someone who comes from an Italian family that prides themselves on good homemade pasta, sauce, and meatballs…safe to say it’s approved by yours truly!

My partner has shared all those above with me or tried/ordered them at one point or another. He also approves!! Otherwise, he’s gotten the Caesar Salad and Chicken Parmesan—both which he recommends!

I can’t have high-dairy foods, but he has absolutely raved about their Dubai Chocolate Cheesecake (I think that’s what it’s called…). He’s a big cheesecake fan and definitely recommends this dessert! They also have an Almond Joy Cheesecake last I heard…yum!

Now, the best part about the food besides all of his…the bread that comes out. Surprising, right? It’s just bread? NOPE! I think it’s ciabatta bread (I could be mistaken, but it looks like a lot like it). Either way, trust me when I tell you it’s the best bread. I love the oil and sweet (honey?) butter that’s brought out with it. Yes, I’m Lacoste intolerant, but yes I risk it all for the bread and butter combo. For 2 people, they bring out four pieces. For someone who adores bread, having 2 pieces is so appreciated in a world where restaurants like to only give one piece per person. The presentation is also very classy!

We’ve ordered drinks a few times and the bar serves us great drinks (captain & cokes, cosmos, margaritas, etc).

Atmosphere:
It has that old fashioned atmosphere, but is also classy and tasteful. No where does it scream “out of date.” I find it very charming and the perfect spot for a date night. No overly dim or overly bright lighting.

They have both inside and outside dinning (when warm, of course). Dinning outside during the summertime and spring is wonderful. I love sitting outside and seeing all the life Milford has to offer!

Service:
From day one, the service has been great. Everyone is very knowledgeable, kind, and positive. They always know everything about the specials/menu, have great small-talk/conversation skills, and consistently come back to check in on our table (may it be dead, a little busy, or super busy). Not always, but occasionally I will make it clear that you know…no cheeses for me, please, if you get the idea. They always make sure to encourage me to ask about the menu for any other questions/changes I have in concern with my lactose intolerance. Greatly appreciated! I also had no clue what the flatbreads were like, and my last server was very helpful. She described perfectly what it would entail, the portions, etc. Who doesn’t love a server that actually KNOWS their restaurant.

Cost:
Completely expected & fair for the high quality food & experience. If you just get a drink with an entree, expect 20-30ish per person. If you get an appetizer (or two), maybe 30-50 per person.

Came in 5 mins before closing time after a long trip and the staff said it was no problem and warmly welcomed me to sit and eat.

Had an exceptional salad and the Best steak frites around. No kidding…. Gold Medal easily beating the French and Belgians at their own game.

Professional staff set the conditions for a great meal……. Hats off to the waitress and cook.

Had the worst experience ever. My friend was eating his shrimp scampi and then pulled out a long peice of hair out of his mouth as it tangled around his tongue. When we asked for a new one, they gave us one but was then followed by disrespect. Our server was very nice (very sweet all through the night), booked me a reservation and took care of us well, but after the hair incident, a supervisor stepped in.
We didn’t demand anything (like refund), we just asked for a new dish. In the end, the dish was on the house but we left having our day ruined.
The supervisor came in and kept telling us pretty arrogantly that “this has never happened before” repeatedly and when we responded to her with our disappointment after she asked how we’re feeling. She insinuated that this couldn’t have happened because it hasn’t ever happened before. She wasn’t sorry or anything and asked us “what should I do. I don’t know what I can do for you. You tell me” and we responded “you can do anything you want.”
We weren’t interested in ruining more of our time and so didn’t get any dessert and paid the bill and tip and left.

The oysters looked fresh and were really good but the mignonette didn’t compliment it well. The house ravioli was really good. The shrimp scampi, as I explained, had hair in it.

Lovely dinner. I ordered the Chicken Marsala, Veggies, and crème brûlée which was phenomenal. However, the garlic mashed potatoes really stole the show. The entire meal was amazing and the service was great! Our waitress even took the type to take some groups photos of our party and we are forever thankful. She was such a sweetheart and even brought us to part of the restaurant with better lighting to get a good photo. Highly recommend stopping by. A much better option than some of the more ‘famous’ restaurants in breathtaking little Milford.

Nicole and Kevin’s actions, from proactively managing a busy situation to adding thoughtful, personal touches, transformed our date night into a five-star dining experience!!!!!! The manager Nicole noticed how busy the waiter Kevin was and took it upon herself to take care of us to ensure we had a seamless dining experience. All the staff in this establishment seemed to be a pleasure and we can’t wait to return !! Such a charming spot with highly personable staff. Thank you!

Stay away from TQ chowder. New england clam chowder and Manhattan clam chowder should not be mixed.
Mixtape wedges were good. The fried calamari was ok but the calamari was so small.

I was not impressed on many levels. The bread brought to the table was the best part. Let’s start from the beginning. Ordered a cucumber basil gimlet. Not one leaf of basil, tiny or otherwise. Ordered beet salad. I’ve never had such weird tasting beets in my life, and I order beet salad almost anytime I see it on the menu. The salmon dinner was on the dry side although the vegetables and risotto were pretty good. And last but not least, heard another server tell his table the specials of the night, which our server did not do unfortunately because it sounded like I might have ordered one. In summary, disappointing and won’t be rushing back.

We stayed at the attached hotel, and what a pleasure to walk downstairs and enjoy this fantastic restaurant! Special kudos to our server Brianne, who was absolutely wonderful! The food was amazing, they had a nice wine selection of which we totally partook, the decor is unique & elegant. Very memorable dinner!

Food was great, as well as the service and atmosphere. Pleasant and interesting playlist of music in the background, an attentive and helpful server and staff, and the food was great. The executive chef came out and talked about the food for a bit, which was a pleasant surprise, though I suspect it may not always happen during the more busy times. Thanks for a pleasant evening!
