I wanted to try some place new to me and this place did not disappoint. I was immediately welcomed and seated by Blair. The breakfast options on the regular and specials menus were plentiful! I had the porketta after it was highly recommended by Blair, and it was delicious! I also really liked the homefries with onions. I look forward to coming back to try other breakfast options. Bottom line, good food, good service, at a good price.

Jen is the best! Seriously, wonderful friendly service. Sweetheart and welcoming. Food was so good! Perogies, breakfast meal, chipped beef. Yum! Clean restaurant and quick service.

The service was amazing. Food was well prepared. The only complaint I could really find is that the sausage gravy was made with chopped up sausage patty and not ground sausage. And yes, that is being REALLY picky. So hopefully you will get the idea that the food was very tasty! Prices were reasonable for the portion sizes received.
I loved all of the fall decor.

Tom Jones is a true community staple! This diner is as home‑grown as sliced bread. I’ve been eating here — and feeding my sons here — for years. They serve the best budget‑friendly breakfast that’s both filling and delicious… just ask for the Tom Jones Special !

Food was very good. Hit and fresh. The wait staff were very friendly. Prices are reasonable and still has a solid atmosphere. Tom Jones is still in the top tier of diner foods for decades.

The food was horrible. I’ve been coming here for years. It has gone way down hill. The chicken orzo soup was insanely oversalted. The turkey club was super dry. The turkey was ridiculously thick, as was the not ripe tomato. they put cheese on it, which was disgusting and there was literally one piece of horribly cooked bacon on the whole sandwich. Also, the fries, which were good, came out way after the sandwich. Very nice, but very unattentive waitress. Never again.

Nice family diner off Edgemont Ave on Brookhaven. Their gravy and homemade biscuits were spot on. I was full of eating just two although I ordered 4. Their meals come in charitable portions and fills you up easily and of course they are tasty and delicious. The hot chocolate was also spot on with the cream I would recommend this place if u are in the Media, Brookhaven and Aston area. Cheers

The food use to be better. I ordered home fries, and they were burnt and looked like they had been sitting for a while, and I paid for them. Won’t visit again.

Went there today for the first time because Cracker Barrel had a long wait and I was looking for something cheap and classic for breakfast, I’m so happy we tried Tom Jones family restaurant because it was even better than Cracker Barrel at the same price point (except the biscuits, sorry).
Service was amazing, atmosphere was super cute, menu was enormous and filled with all sorts of things both classics and some newer inventions of their own. I got their special and a side of hash browns and biscuits and my husband got corned beef hash and we were both beyond satisfied with our food.
