I’ve tried NOT to do a review for this location but it’s TOO MANY issues. For one I’ve come here and used my app. They claimed they didn’t get it before. I get to the window, the cashier asked to see my phone. I later realized that she used 6000 of my points. I let that slide. It’s ALWAYS people begging while pulling up I the drive through or once you’re picking your food up at the window. Today, I specifically asked for 3 chicken nugget happy meals with extra fries in one and apple slices in the other, along with 3 #1 (Big Mac Meals). I had to ask for straws but once we arrived at our destination there was NO extra fries, they just put apple slices in ALL 3 happy meals and on top of that the apple slices were OLD. It seems they just given rotten apples and fruit to the kids. What made this worse and why I finally did a review was, they put tartar sauce on ALL of the big macs instead of big mac sauce. I’m too far and too annoyed to turn around. I just put some sweet and sour sauce on the big Mac to offset the taste. I’ve tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt but it seems they are becoming more careless. I would not recommend this location unless you’re starving. Otherwise drive out of the city to another location. This poor service, poor food and lack of attention to details is NOT worth it. I know Ronald McDonald is turning over in his grave.

4 piece chicken strip??? Ughhhh… what is with fast food places giving you one fewer than you ordered? So frustrating when you have kids sharing food and you’re missing one. They said they will give me another one if I come back, but still so annoying. I can’t come back tonight.

I dont understand why you have a staff if all they’re going to do is direct people to order from this stupid kiosk. And will someone please tell the super loud cashier, there’s no need to talk at the top of your lungs early in the morning. She’s an older woman and should know better. Im sure she sounds like nails on a chalkboard to more than just me!

The Spanish manager is very rude, we went for a dinner, got our order with large size, after struggling with the staff to order a fillet o fish.
After I finish my drink I went to the drink machine to fill water in my cup, it didn’t work, so I went to tell him the water tap isn’t working.
His exacts answer you can’t read there are signs all over no refill, I said I know, I am asking for water the water isn’t working he said we charge for water, the water isn’t free, In a very rude way.
True or not I don’t care, but to be rude is so wrong, all you have to do is fill the cup and ask for money.
Not to mention the place like a drug house, the weed smell inside more than anything else.

There were hairs in our burgers. Multiple pieces of long hairs in both of our burgers. Tried to call and no one would answer. DONT GO HERE!!!

I just left this location and Oscar, the manager is RUDE! The app deducted my points and he could SEE it on my phone and because their machine wasn’t taking it, he refused to make it right. He went back and forth with me when I’m showed him that the points were deducted. I can purchase anything I would like from McDonald’s. I’m extremely blessed, however, there was NO NEED for him to go back and forth with me like that. He should be fired. Rude.
