Gross and disgusting! I was desperate so even after I read some bad reviews I had my husband stop anyway and thought how bad can u mess up fried shrimp. It was old frozen im not even sure if it was real shrimp it was yellow 10.95 for 4 pieces of something and french fries so 10.95 for french fries. Run away from this place as fast as you can.

The bs this restaurant served me. I ordered two veggie egg rolls and shrimp tempura sushi. The egg rolls are so old and full of grease. The bag is dripping with grease. The sushi is nothing but a thick layer of rice and a piece of fried shrimp in the middle. I’m so disgusted. Shame on yall to serve anyone something like this and know you wouldn’t eat it yourself. Don’t waste your time here!

Absolutely terrible service & even worse sushi. I understand it isn’t going to be the best sushi in the world, but if I order a California roll (typically comes with cream cheese, crab, & avocado) that’s what I expect in the sushi, especially if you advertise it with those ingredients. When i received my sushi first, it had nothing but avocado, when I came back & politely told them that there is no cream cheese or avocado, the guy who made my sushi laughed. Just laughed. When I receive my sushi a second time, this is what I’m greeted with. Just avocado and crab. To all businesses, PLEASE don’t sell sushi if you are just going to waste your customers time and money. Truly disgusting. Will never return & I work right beside them.

Will not be back. Terrible customer service. While Clinton does not have a lot of restaurants, I am sure those other restaurants appreciate their customers. Did not receive what I ordered. When I asked about it, the cashier wanted to argue with me. Will not be back.

Fast service with decent amount of food. Chicken a little overcooked but tasty. Sauces yummy and helped bring veggies and rice to a new level. Prices a few cents higher than advertised. Plenty of seating. Not bad for 10 bucks. Even had some leftovers, wish there was an even portion of veggies. Definitely ample meat.

My daughter and I came here for dinner. We ordered the shrimp bowl with white rice and the hibachi vegetable noodles. The food tasted delicious! I chose to get our food To Go because the only people eating in the restaurant were men and I didn’t feel safe enough to stay longer than needed on a Saturday evening. The restaurant staff were welcoming and worked at a good pace, so people were not waiting around long.

HORRIBLE, save your time, money and stomach. I refused to eat but my wife was braver than I.. She ordered hibachi chicken with shrimp and spicy tuna roll. Took 20min to get our food and it was a joke. The chicken was cooked in teriyaki sauce and the shrimp was soggy and looked boiled.. Sushi roll looked to be days old pulled from a fridge in the back. I advised my wife to not even eat a piece because of smell and looks.. She chewed one piece and spit out. After she tried eating the chicken and shrimp.. Ate 1/4 of the plate and threw everything away. She is now throwing up as I write this review.. HORRIBLE

Came in to order takeout for my son, Weds, 4/5/23 around 6:00pm. The establishment was not busy in anyway. The female at the register did not respond when I thanked her as well as double charged for a side of Teriyaki Chicken. She seems as though she disliked being there. Fixed Chicken from a steel pan storage container. After it appeared my son’s order fulfilled the remainder of the chicken. She goes to the steel refrigerator , grab a handful of something with her bare hands, quickly throws it on the grill, sprinkles water & covers with a silver bowl. Not once after handling whatever she threw on the grill did she was her hands. She gave us our bag, surprisingly happily greeted a couple entering the establishment & sent us well on our way without any correspondence. Do yourself a favor & sprint over to Hot Bowl. I will be following up with the local board of health regarding their food handling process.
