We had a lovely night here! The food is absolutely delicious. Lots of interesting menu options alongside the classics. The presentation was so beautiful and creative, they do a wonderful job setting the atmosphere.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️½ Tokyo Sushi & Asian Cuisine – Fresh Sushi, Great Service
We’ve been looking forward to trying Tokyo Sushi & Asian Cuisine ever since we saw them building it out, and overall it was a really great experience.
From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the warm, welcoming atmosphere and friendly host. The restaurant is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed—it feels comfortable and inviting, especially for families.
My 12-year-old ordered a boba tea, and she really enjoyed it. The pearls were chewy and flavorful. My mom and I shared a pot of hot tea. It was okay, but very light in flavor—more like one tea bag for several cups. A stronger brew or an extra tea bag would improve it.
For food, we ordered the Fancy Roll, Salmon Avocado Roll, and a California Roll. Since my daughter is newer to sushi, we stuck with some basics—and they were excellent. The sushi was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can tell they care about quality and presentation. I would absolutely return just for the sushi.
We also ordered the Pad Thai. The noodles and base flavor were good, but the chicken had an off taste, almost like it was cooked near fish. We mentioned it to our server, and she handled it professionally and kindly. She even took half off the dish, which we truly appreciated. That level of customer service is rare these days.
Service throughout the meal was wonderful. We never had to ask for anything—they were attentive and did a great job anticipating our needs.
Prices are very reasonable for a sushi restaurant and in line with other sushi places nearby, if not better. There’s another sushi and hibachi restaurant in Liberty Lake, but the sushi here is definitely better in both freshness and presentation.
We will definitely be back. Next time we’ll choose tofu instead of chicken for the Pad Thai, or explore more of their sushi menu—there are so many options to try.

Had dinner here last week and it was wonderful. Arrived on a Friday night at around 5:15 and were seated promptly. Wide variety of menu options. Beer, wine and sake only. Didn’t see a full cocktail menu and forgot to ask. Service was friendly and quick. Presentation of food was beautiful and tasty. Spicy edamame was probably the best we’ve ever had. Not spicy hot, just flavorful.

I had lunch here today and wasn’t disappointed. I think they are equal to the other favorite sushi places I frequent here in Spokane. I will definitely come here again to try other rolls and hibachi dishes. My waitress Kaya was very efficient and friendly.

Really good new sushi spot! Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious, and the service was friendly. Our favorite was the spicy edemame and blue mountain roll. There’s a kids’ menu, which made it perfect for our family. our toddler had a good time and ate great. Nice atmosphere, good variety of rolls, and overall just a positive experience. We’ll definitely be coming back

We LOVE sushi. When we found this place in East Valley we got so excited! The. Food. Is. AMAZING!! We had edamame, the harumaki (which were so crisp and the dipping sauce was fantastic), the spicy tantan ramen (amazing soup, perfect eggs, perfect level of slightly spicy), and for rolls we had the Ninja roll, the Rock n Roll roll, and the Godzilla roll. The Ninja roll was so dang good, I could eat 15! All of the rolls were superb. We also got the fried banana which was delicious.
This restaurant is brand new and the atmosphere and decor are beautiful. Everything is beautifully thought out, from the beautiful dinnerware to the stunning Japanese maple that coordinates with the mural! Everyone is so kind and gave great recommendations, our waitress was so sweet and attentive. We aren’t super picky sushi connoisseurs, but we’ve had our fair share of awful sushi, and fantastic sushi. This restaurant has a wide variety of items on the menu, and is now on the top of our list!

I have dined here 3 evenings in the last month and the experience was fantastic. Fresh expertly prepared sushi rolls and nigiri, service by Callie was excellent each time. I recommend the House Special, Rock and Roll and Fantastic rolls, the plate preparation by Head Chef Ethan, and Chef Jay was over the top beautiful
