Ate here in July 2023 for an anniversary dinner and it was great! Sushi was huge and very delicious! We ate outside in the deck, which was nice. Even though it was hot outside, it was a cooler with the trees surrounding the deck. A great find in Skippack!

7/29/2017: I’ve always wanted to try this place because of the food reviews. Last night my husband and a friend decided to go. Saturday night and 2 servers for the entire restaurant. They were very apologetic on the rate of service. My friend got a sushi roll and got it right away. Anything the kitchen was preparing though took LONGER. I’m fairly certain the shrimp tempura appetizer took 45 minutes to come out.- everyone else got their main entrees prior to the tempura coming out- it came out with my meal. If I go back, it would be for takeout, I’m not sure I’d want to wait that long for my meal again. But again, servers friendly. Food delicious. Kitchen SLOW. PS-opportunity to update the decor and also the website.

We had a great time at TJR this past Thursday night. We had a party of 9 and Jimmy still got us in. The food was delicious! Great menu! The sushi is top notch and for those that prefer other selections there are fantastic options. The shrimp appetizer was amazing!! Beautiful location, plenty of parking, we’ll be back soon!!
