I’m disappointed because I keep having order accuracy issues at this location. Both times I’ve ordered online, something has been wrong. The first time, I was given a bowl without chicken. This time, I received a bowl without any sauce, so it was just plain, flavorless chicken with salted rice and steamed vegetables without seasoning. It’s frustrating to pay for a full meal and not receive it as ordered. I hope they can improve their attention to detail, especially for online orders.

The food was delicious. The service was great when we walked in and ordered. Ordered my son the bento box and was surprised with how much food you get for the great price. I highly recommend eating here. It was well worth it and I wish we had one where we live. When we’re back in the area, we’ll be back

Salmon is always dry. Tried the Tantan Ramen bowl. Nowhere does it indicate that it is spicy. I don’t mind a little spice but when neither of us can finish the bowl due to the spice level, it’s a ripoff! And the chicken consists of 3 or 4 plastic fork fulls! Joe’s is going downhill fast!

Impressively clean! The food was on point, flavor hasn’t changed in years (consistency is key for a chain restaurant). We got the Mojoe with a side of Salmon mango. Wish I had come on Saturday or Sunday because they offer Bento box this days.

I’ve only ordered from here once a couple years ago, but it was very disappointing. I got a noodle and rice dish with no sauces, zero. So there was no flavor to review, just plain noodles and rice. It’s def made me hesitant to try it again.

Poor service-ordered at counter. Had questions about menu and server was short, not knowledgeable or just didn’t want to assist…horrible. when getting beverage, counter wasn’t stocked, when I asked for lids for drinks again like they didn’t want to assist. Food was average at best!

I get lunch here pretty much every day and have done so for the past 4-5 years and it is the most consistent and quality food with the nicest people that I just can’t say enough good stuff about the team and quality of the food. It’s nice interacting with people who care and want to deliver the best meals and experience possible. This includes a few different employees as they’ve had employees transfer to other stores because they performed well at Castle Rock. Point being, even the new employees that replaced those who left, keep the vibe alive at this location and treat people well. Kudos to the team here!
