Just came through the drive thru and my order got messed up TWICE in a row. Idk how yall manage to do that but it’s actually sad. I am disappointed in how the situation was handled. My whopper junior that I thought got fixed came back to me with quite literally none of the specifications that I asked for and my question for the staff is how hard can it possibly be to make a whopper junior without pickles and not mess it up? The manager as well should’ve done a better job at double checking and making sure everything was correct.

Two days ago I went through the drive through and ordered a Whopper Combo Meal. When I arrived home and began to eat my mouth began to burn. I took the Whopper apart and discovered it was a Maple BBQ Whopper with Jalapeño peppers on it. NOT WHAT I ORDERED. Hopefully next time your assembly staff will pay more attention.

I feel like BK can be kind of hit or miss depending on the location, but this location has been consistently good. We don’t even live in Lincoln, but always come to this BK when we’re in town. The staff is friendly and helpful, the food is hot and fresh, and the order is accurate. We highly recommend this location!

I had no idea I was about to walk into a full Spongebob crossover episode at the drive thru, but this Burger King crew absolutely made my day. The automated Spongebob welcome message already caught me off guard in the best way, and then the staff member taking my order kept the theme going with a bright, bubbly greeting that had me laughing right away.
Every team member I met at the window was cheerful and genuinely having fun, and that kind of energy spreads fast. When I got my food, one of them said, “She has a question for you.” I braced myself, and then the original Spongebob–spirited voice chimed in with, “I’ll give you a free cookie if you can answer this one question: Who lives in a pineapple under the sea?” Naturally, I belted out “SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS” in perfect theme song rhythm. The whole team cracked up, and honestly, so did I.
It was a simple drive thru visit, yet this crew made me feel important and included, almost like I was part of their team for a moment. That kind of joy is rare, and they delivered it effortlessly. Huge shoutout to this location for turning an ordinary stop into a highlight of my day. I’ll be raving about this visit for a while.
Even better? The Bikini Bottom Bundle was absolutely delicious!!!

Went thru drive-thru. The lady at the window was very nice but forgot to ask us if we wanted our Receipt. First i started with the fries, they task like the oil need changed or they were reheated, then my cheeses bites taste the same. Then as I was eatting my bacon Cheeseburger the bacon didn’t taste done. When I open my burger the bacon looked UNCOOK! Then I try to call the store to let manger know. Called 4 times, first time no one picked up and it went to voice-mail, 2nd time they picked up and then hung up on me didn’t even say anything but I could hear talking in the background. 3rd and 4th time they allowed it to go to voice-mail again. Will be contacting Their corporate office off website. Very very disappointed in you guys! Do better because my next call is health department already got 4 bk in lincoln closed do you really want to be next.

Terrible service. Waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru the last three times I’ve came through in the morning. I’ve watched four cars leave without ordering at the time of writing this as well. You’d think the owner of the business would be sad to lose out on sales when cars leave because the wait takes too long. Guess he’d rather pay workers as little as possible I suppose. Can’t get help when no one wants to work.

This isnt the first time ive had issues. First the manager had her hair down along with several other girls working, then this is the third time my sandwich has been annialated with mayo i mean straight drown in mayo top and bottom with bread so soggy it doesnt hold. This also is the second time ive tried to call about an issue and gotten absolutly no answer, they do not pick up there phones, i almost always order no mayo and this is what i get. Every time.
