It was good, I have no complaints food or service wise. Everyone was very nice.
We got sushi and Tokyo is higher priced compared to other sushi restaurants but Tokyo is definitely fancier than other restaurants I’ve been to.
Something to be aware of 18% gratuity is added for groups of 2 or more which is something new to me. Im used to party’s 6 or more so it was a small suprise at the end to have 18% added ontop

First visit and food was great and we had enough. My whole family visited and we’re happy. They enjoyed the food. Four years to seventy two, seven in the party, we were enjoyable surprise. My daughter had been before and I was there was new management. All they need to do is be consistent.

The chef was good except for the fact that I specifically ordered from the dinner menu at lunch to have substantial leftovers for my dinner. The only difference in my meal and that of others was that I had soup and salad, and they had one of the two. I paid more but my portions were the same or even less! As a matter of fact, when there was extra food from the grill, the chef gave it to other people at the table. When I spoke to the host and the manager, they both shared that the chef insisted that he served me dinner portions, and the manager was was arrogant and tried to play on my intelligence. Generally, I let things like this go, but it is obvious that at this restaurant the customer is not valued.
In addition, the waiter was not pleasant nor efficient. The restaurant was practically empty and he never came back to check on us; never cleared extra dishes and those of us who asked for water in addition to our drinks are still waiting!

Food was very good but service was terrible!!!! Jasmin was nice to some tables that she knew the people but very rude and inconsiderate to others had to ask for everything and some stuff she never brought!!!!!! The reason she does this is bc tip is already included she don’t have to work for it!!!!

We waited 45mins for our cook to arrive, while others who were seated after us were served first. Also, I order sushi but I didn’t know fish eggs was included. When I asked for a replacement I was told by two waitress that they couldn’t do anything about it. When I asked for a manger it took an additional 20mins for him to arrive, I explained why I could not eat the fish eggs. He proceeded to insult my intelligence by asking if I read the menu that does not state that fish eggs come with the sushi in English. *Fish eggs on the menu is in Japanese, which I didn’t know nor did I know the language* After he heard my excuse he said okay I’ll take the sushi back but you will no longer be able to order from the sushi menu. This establishment is not accommodating nor welcoming. I am highly disappointed with their customer service.

This was your typical Japanese Hibachi restaurant. The food was delicious, especially the salad. Everything was acceptable, but nothing was outstanding. I found the prices to be a little steep but also pretty standard Japanese steakhouse.
