I called in and ordered a shrimp a steak plate she repeated it twice I went to pick it up a she gave me double meat. I was lowkey pissed because I had my mouth set up for some shrimp overall food was good customer service good just disappointed.

Called in to place an order, the girl on the phone was extremely rude and sarcastic. I ordered a shrimp bowl and chicken and shrimp lunch plate but when I got to the restaurant to pick it up they only made the shrimp bowl. The lady at the counter acted like it was my fault and did not apologize. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years and I never treated my customers that way. The attitudes were on 10 today

The food was ok but they took a long time to give it to me. I sat on the couch waiting for my food that they had ready on the table for a while before handing it to me. They also charged me 2+ bucks to substitute each plate of rice for noodles when the menu clearly stated it was a 1 buck upcharge. The associate was too busy on the phone to care about customer service. Usually, this place is fine, but this particular cashier always makes things difficult.

Our experience today was very disappointing. We don’t know why others gave good reviews. We would never eat here again.
Our waitress was extremely unfriendly and the food was below average. Carrots too sweet, chicken too salty.
One good comment though: the ginger dressing for the salad (only greens) was interesting and good (if you like garlic).

Zero stars! I got the steak bowl and as soon as I opened the lid it smelled like fish! My husband said maybe they were cooking shrimp or something with it. So I took a bite and the “steak” literally turned to mush! I fully expect I will have food poison later from that bite. My son got the chicken wings and they were slimy and had no flavor.

First thing is it smells like trash the 2 times that ive went inside to pick up food (like an actual garbage smell). Secondly, if u r wanting japanese flavors in your food. This isn’t the right place to go. It tastes like Chinese, not japanese at all.

Food is always good. I prefer to take out because the food cooking on the grill gives a strong smell in such a small restaurant.
