This place use to sell quality food and although the hospitality wasn’t that great the service was. My recent order was not correct and I had to drive back 6 miles to get the right order. Once I received my order, the food was cold and greasy. When I returned the wrong order to the restaurant; I ask the young guy at the front desk not to resale the food. He said if the customer did not pick it up they would throw it away. I then ask him again not to re-sell the order I returned.

Manager or whoever works the front desk was rude. I called because as I was enjoying my food I found a BUG WITH LEGS in my rice.
I called and spoke calmly and nicely to whoever answered the phone. They had the nerve to say if I have already eaten it I can’t get a refund. I clocked out of work and drove up there. When I arrived the manager or whoever was at the front came off rude saying I ate the food. She NEVER expressed remorse. How would I know there would be a dead bug in my food at the bottom. She had the nerve to argue with me and dig in the box and pull the bug out to compare it to ONIONS. Now you tell me if this a ONION OR NOT. Disgusting and rude. I will never go there again. This is Horrible customer service. You going to argue with a customer over $13 HOUSE RICE ?? I will be finding another restaurant to buy my sushi and rice from.

We did a take out order and we went out with the wrong food and they called to let us know once we got back to the restaurant they made everything right, remade everything fresh and gave us a free roll to try so I would customer service is beyond expectations. Food was great will come again.

Female cashier was extremely rude. She Yelled at me because I didn’t hear the total of my order. Also I asked for shrimp hibachi (teriyaki) with garlic butter. I received bland tasting shrimp,rice and vegetables.

This food is fantastic and the portions are decent for the price. As busy as they can get they always seem to take care of the orders well and timely. The service is cool. They have a hole in the wall Chinese restaurant kind of vibe but the food is top notch Japanese, sushi, hibachi and even some great popular Chinese dishes.
