TOIMOI is easily my favorite bakery for croissant and milkbread pastries!! Chef Annie is the sweetest person on earth and filled with nothing but enthusiasm and love for her craft.
Everything always tastes absolutely delicious and reheats very well. The croissants are always perfectly flaky, buttery, and fluffy. The cream is always such a lovely consistency and so flavorful!! The milk breads are always wonderfully baked, light, fluffy, and flavorful as well!!!
I’ve been enjoying TOIMOI since around August 2024 and it’s never disappointed. It’s fun seeing TOIMOI at all the farmer’s markets, and it’s worth stopping by the flagship store to distract Chef Annie once in awhile!! 😀

TOIMOI is my current favorite go-to bakery. There are always plenty of options, and the menu changes often that I always have surprise stepping into. I love all pastries that I got so far. Their croissants are especially good and I love how crispy it is.
The owner is also very nice and passionate, I always have great conversations with her!

Everything looked absolutely beautiful — almost too pretty to eat! Each pastry had its own unique flavor and texture. The croissants were incredibly buttery and flaky, especially the ones with matcha and chocolate fillings. The red strawberry one was soft and slightly sweet, with just the right tartness from the berry. The banana pastry had a nice caramelized touch that made it stand out. The little character buns were adorable — soft, chewy, and perfect for a small treat.
Overall, everything tasted fresh and well-made. Definitely a place that takes pride in both presentation and flavor — worth the visit!

Have been a fan of Toimoi for a while now and they are one of my favorite bakeries in the DMV 🙂 I finally had the opportunity to stop into their physical location pre-ordering a few items then purchasing a few more in store. Ordering the Pumpkin Melon Bun, Pretzel Turkey Milk Bread, Apple Crumble Croissant, and the Pistachio Orange Blossom Croissant.

Toimoi Bakery in Chantilly is a hidden gem blending French pastry techniques with bold Asian flavors. Their croissants — especially the Ube Supreme and Pistachio Rose Cube — are buttery, flaky, and beautifully crafted. The weekend-only croissant hub is cozy and charming, and the owner, Annie, brings a personal, welcoming touch. Prices are a bit premium, but the quality makes it worth every bite. A must-try for pastry lovers!

What a wonderful experience. I stopped by the bakery yesterday looking for something unique and they came through. A strawberry- rhubarb croissant made out of stock materials on the spot. Pre orders are probably better but I got what I wanted. I put it in the freezer overnight based on their recommendation and this morning, eating it for breakfast, I found it still moist, crisp and delicious after a minute in the air fryer. Thanks for such a great experience! Absolutely a must stop at the bakery or one of the many street markets in NOVA. The staff is friendly, energetic and creative.

Small, unassuming bakery in Chantilly. The chocolate Dubai crossiants will BLOW YOUR MIND!! The crossiant itself is cooked perfectly: flaky outside, soft doughy inside. It has a delectable chocolate mousse on top and crunch Dubai topping. I could not have enjoyed it more. I ate one in the parking lot before I even left…
No seating here, so pickup only.

After observing the buzz on social media, I was curious to try the baked goods at this bakery. However, my experience did not quite meet my expectations. The pastries I sampled had a higher bread-to-filling ratio than I had hoped, and I encountered better options elsewhere. While the Dubai Chocolate Croissant was decent, I felt it could benefit from improvements; the bread component didn’t resemble a traditional croissant with its buttery layers. Although there were chocolate cream and pistachio pieces, I think more filling would enhance the experience. Similarly, the Ube Cube Croissant had a substantial bread portion compared to the Ube cream, which was primarily concentrated in the center. It’s worth noting that the bakery does not provide a seating area or beverage options, but I appreciated the staff’s friendly demeanor.

Everything we had was delicous. The labubu mooncakes was really cute and my favorite was the matcha mochi croissants. Will be back for more breakfast items next time.
