Heard one of the employees flush the toilet and watched her go straight back to the kitchen without washing her hands. My roman burger looked like it had been slid across the floor and thrown into the bag. I would give zero stars if i could.

I’m originally from Ohio, and moved to TN in 2006. I came “home” for a visit and 2 of my friends (also Ohio transplants) and my adult son said they would “die” for Mr Hero. A request of 5 sandwiches total! We didn’t think it really could happen.
Thank you so much to the young lady and gentleman who work evenings for making that possible!! They provided me with everything a true Mr Hero cheeseburger and cheese steak consisted of. I carried; frozen meats, cheeses, sauteed onions, the mayo, dressing, buns and instructions, in a cooler all the way back to TN.
Everyone was “filled” with fond memories and the 2 spouses, (of my friends from TN) sure wish Mr Hero were here.
The price it cost in dollars could never compare to the delight in memories.

Ordered the new Waffle Chicken Sandwich and was very dissatisfied with the quality of the sandwich. There was one tiny tomato and one tiny strip of bacon on the sandwich. Didn’t even eat the waffles because they were so greasy. Tried to feed what was left to my dogs and they wouldn’t even eat it. Meal was $11.75. Never giving this place my business again.

Place inside could be a little cleaner but I’m spoiled by the one in Madison . Food was Mr Hero fine, I got the Roman Burger. Cooked in the restaurant or you can pre-order online with the app. No wait, except for the meal to be cooked.

Came in with a coupon for $6 medium Roman burger or cheese steak it had no limit and no expiration date and the girl behind the counter didn’t know how to ring it up so she called her manager Amanda and the mgr told her they don’t take these coupons anymore because they switched to coupons with barcodes. How can your company deny a coupon that you had printed with no expiration date on it? Guess I will start going to Madison because they honor the coupons they print

Ordered a medium and a large chicken bacon ranch they put the chicken bacon ranch on the small bread usually u get 2 small subs to make the large sandwich … they gave me half of my sandwich and then when I go in to tell them they made a mistake they say they just put it in the wrong bread n they will take this small sandwich and take the cheese n meat off and put it on a large bread … well everytime I’ve gone to Mr hero it’s been 2 subs for a large n it was half my sub I’ll never come back here they are a joke to try n not just make me my other half of sandwich … date is 7.30.22

This is a good place to eat. Its super expensive food, you will never walk out of here without spending over 10.00. Wish it was cheaper for the food, but its improved a ton from when it first started. When I came here a long time ago the food would get me sick. It was always caked in grease. But I no longer have any problems coming here over the past year or so. The roman burger is a classis and the cheese sauce taste so dang good. Best sauce I have tasted out of anywhere.

Order was not made right, overpriced and when I asked for ranch for mushrooms was told .50 more. I would have paid that if offered when ordering but only had a cc… You’d think for a $15 combo they would give you ranch. Also as said before sandwich was not made correctly.
