When you go out of your way to create the world’s tastiest sandwiches, people tend to go out of their way to get their hands on them. And it’s been like this since we opened the doors of the first TOGO’S in San Jose, California back in 1971. We made the meatiest, most delectable sandwiches around. And people formed lines out the door, anxiously awaiting their turn for taste bud nirvana. Today, people still go above and beyond to get our sandwiches. Because for many, you can never go too far for a TOGO.

Maybe I’m nit picking, but heres my experience.
Ordered a large pastrami dip. Was charged for a large pastrami dip. Received a small. See picture.
Did not want mayo, received mayo. The point of sale equipment tries to force you into tipping. The soda machine resets before the bubbles settle in the soda so you have to keep reselecting which soda you want. A guy that ordered the exact same thing behind me, received his before me. Maybe they just dont like the way I look or something but I won’t go back ever.

I’ve visited this Togo’s many times, but never again. Bad attitudes by the staff. I asked for spinach and got attitude.

It was nice place. I’ve never been to a Togos before. I’ve seen them around before they closed down in my area. So this was an experience. Once that will forever have me going to other sandwich spots. My sandwich was boring bland and very uninspiring. I wish I would have gotten my money back. But this was a learning experience for me. Mom and Pop sandwich shops are usually my go to. But since this was convenient I’ll just pay for inconvenience.

I have been ordering through DoorDash because of my oldest and I’m here to tell the whole world that Togo‘s sandwiches are the very very best! I ordered The Italian sandwich and the tuna and there is not one sandwich shop anywhere that makes sandwiches as good as Togo’s. this particular store is fantastic they wrap them beautifully for Delivery they’re perfect They are just awesome. I will never order another sandwich from anywhere else period!!!

Food was absolutely delicious, I mean jaw dropping delicious. Back story: in 2006 I got sick at a different location from the egg salad sandwich and haven’t been back since. But today I decided I would give them another chance. And although they don’t make my favorite sandwich anymore,there were so many options. I’ll admit I was disappointed at how much smaller the sandwich was in comparison to subway. But I was so amazed at how delicious the sandwich tastes!!! Also surprisingly I was full with only 1/2 of my sandwich!!!! I felt like they needed more staff, and the lady who was helping me was also making online orders or something of that nature. It was frustrating asking my questions about the different sandwiches and her responses were minimal. I do understand why. So not necessarily her fault. But frustrating nonetheless on my end. Other then that. The place was clean, organized. I’ll say it again absolutely delicious!!!! They just need more help in there. Maybe a dedicated person for online orders, that would be a good idea.

I love Togos. I worked at one for years so I can attest to the freshness and monthly the tests to ensure cleanliness and accuracy. That said, this location. I went during the rains week. I am disabled and tried to open the door. Locked. I tried the other two. None of them opened. I literally watched the worked look at me and not do anything. The store was empty. I called to ask if they were open and got the sassiest attitude. I promise I am very polite because I know what if feels like on the other side. I was so sad to leave but what could I do?
