Great pollo, birra and asada. Grilled over charcoal. Asada was well seasoned and trimmed, serving for the asada vampira was good, crispy tortilla with cheese in the bottom. Birra was excellent, again well trimmed and good texture it was not mushy just tender. The pollo was also excellent and very juicy. The green avocado salsa has a good bite to it, spicy enough to know it is there. The other salsa is fine but I preferred the green. The rest of the cold bar stuff was fine. Outdoor seating available with a patio heater I was plenty warm near it on a cold January evening. Parking is good. Depending on your mood it may be a better spot to take away the order but eating here is fine, it’s covered from rain and reasonably warm.

Absolutely blown away. I don’t usually write reviews, but after eating at Todo Asado in Auburn, WA, I felt compelled to give them a massive shoutout. I ordered the plate of 3 Quesabirrias with Consommé, and I’m not exaggerating when I say—it was one of the most incredible meals I’ve had in a long time. I don’t even have the appropriate words to describe how good it was. It was rich, cheesy, crispy, juicy, and packed with deep flavor. Every bite was a perfect balance of tender birria, melted cheese, and a golden, griddled tortilla. Then you dip it in that hot consommé, and it becomes a full-blown spiritual experience.
The consommé itself? Unreal. Bold and savory, with just the right amount of spice and fat—it elevated the whole plate from “great taco truck” to “this needs a permanent restaurant and a James Beard nomination.” No joke.
Beyond the food, the experience is just as top-notch. The truck is conveniently located in Auburn, easy to find with plenty of available parking, which is always a win. They’ve even thought ahead about the weather: there’s a large tent with tables so you can sit and enjoy your food even if it’s raining. That kind of care and attention to the dining experience is rare.
If you’re even thinking about trying Todo Asado—do it. Go now. Bring friends. Get the Quesabirrias. Then come back again next week like I plan to. They’ve earned a loyal fan. Solid 5/5 stars.

I only recently discovered this place and it is so good. I came two nights in a row.
I like to get the Carne Asada fries, I can say that the size is a little bit smaller than other places however, the flavor is immaculate
The food is always fresh and the sauces. Complement the food so great that you just cannot leave it unfinished.

A bit pricy, but the food was very tasty and good quality. The bone marrow was very good. Was raining hard and very windy so the covered tent they had didn’t hold up too well, but it was drier than being directly in the rain.

THESE ARE THE BEST ASADA TACOS EVER. I’ve had a lot of tacos from numerous taco trucks and restaurants around WA state and this place takes the win for sure. The quality of meats they use, plus the fact that it’s cooked on a giant charcoal grille really sets them aside from all others. Their salsa/hot sauce also compliments the smokey charcoal flavor in the asada so well. The aguas Frescas are some of the best I’ve had. Staff is very friendly, service is good. I’m a delivery driver, and whenever I get to do a route in the area I’m excited just because I know I get to go eat here. I literally went yesterday, and I think I’m gonna go again today. Don’t sleep on Todo Asado.

Everything is handmade, cooked to perfection over charcoal. A traditional way of cooking. There are other good restaurants to get tacos in the area but this one is my favorite. Highly recommended!

I went here a few times with some friends and I have to be honest I thought someone was bragging too much about the best burrito they had but I decided to try it because there are very few places who still make tasty burritos and I was tired of paying top dollar in Seattle taco trucks for not tasty burritos. You won’t be disappointed they are super good and tasty.
