Toby’s Supper Club is an old fashioned Supper Club. You order at the bar, when your soup or salad is on the table, you are called back. While you wait, the bartenders are great, and they do take very good care of you. This is not fast food, it is great food. The wait staff are great, taking care of your order, your dinner needs and are very friendly as are all the staff!! The Lake Perch is the best I have had in southern Wisconsin and most likely the USA! Their Cod fish fry is fantastic. Overall, it is a place you go for great food and service, not fast food.

Saturday they open at 3 taking in the experience! We know they get busy with no host or take reservations! So with that said we wanted to get there early to get a table. Well they make a lot of old fashions drinks very tasty! Well they don’t start serving food till 5 so about 4:30 they take your order at the bar and sit you at the table when your food is ready! They have a system! Our waitress was so nice definitely a different experience!

Always has been and will be one of my favorite local supper clubs. Fish fry or steak, they don’t disappoint. Old fashioneds are on point.

I was sold on the vintage feel of this place. Family run for 58 years. We heard the wait can be long, due to its popularity. When you get there, you have to see the bartender and let them know you want to be added to seating list. You can order drinks in the meantime , and a waitress will come over, and take your food order at the bar.
We were able to snag bar seats, put in our dining order and within 20 minutes, our kind waitress informed us our table was ready. I was surprised as I was well aware with the popularity of this restaurant, you must be patient since there is a wait at times.
The staff was beyond friendly including the bar staff. This place is a TRUE supper club. Veggies, pickles, dinner rolls, crackers to start. My filet, cooked to perfection and LOADED with mushrooms. I recommend the hash browns too. Prices are so reasonable. Will return!! I was stuffed when I left this restaurant

When you arrive, wait staff will tell you to find any seat. We had to ask at the bar for a menu to order, then the wait staff will come around to your table. You can change seats later if needed. Food and service were really good. Has a bar/pub vibe. No reservations needed although you can make one at certain times

I absolutely loved everything about this place! The atmosphere was fun and inviting! And all the food was absolutely delicious! We had cheese curds and pretzel bites to start. I loved the pickles and the relish tray. And the fried chicken and the steak were delicious! I highly recommend trying Toby’s Supper Club! Also, make sure you go to the bar first to tell them you want to eat. They will give you menus and send a server to you.

Toby’s Supper Club is like a time machine in the best way. You grab a drink and some cheese curds at the bar (get the brandy Old Fashioned—you’re in Wisconsin afterall), hang out for a bit, then get seated when your dinner’s ready. It’s old-school, super chill, and totally Wisconsin.
If you’re there on a Friday, the Fish Fry is the only option you should be considering—crispy, tasty, and filling. Don’t skip the clam chowder, and definitely get the hash browns. They’re both also insanely good.
Great food, great vibes. Can’t wait to go back.

Ate here last night with friends for my first time (not theirs). We sat at the bar and the tender-Kelly was a rockstar. She was so busy and efficient behind the bar. I don’t know how she does it all night long. I had the Salmon and it was cooked perfectly and tasted excellent. Others had steaks and they good as well. Great Atmosphere. Wish I had taken some pictures, but forgot to. Thanks Toby’s, I’ll be back.

A nice joint for lunch or dinner.
On one day, I ordered the fried chicken, it was tasty and the sides included fries, coleslaw, salad, bread and butter. Bread was warm and nice, although not baked in-house. The fries were very tasty as well.
On another day, I tried top sirloin steak, it was of average quality. I don’t think this place is your destination for steaks.
Next time, I will order fish and check it out.

A classic wisco bar/diner. It’s almost more about the culture and experience aspect than the food. When you want to relish in laid back, simple, straightforward experience you gotta go and belly up to the bar. ~ $6 old fashioned cocktails, martinis and more. The fish fry is very good and they have several types of fish. The fried chicken is spectacular! The fried pickles and mushrooms would be runner ups. I find the place to be unpretentious and relaxing. Service is nice and efficient. Atmosphere is old timey and cozy. For an authentic Wisco Friday night experience… go and enjoy!
