The customer service here is awful. Not to mention, the drive through orders are more focused on than anything else. I went inside to order a drink because the line was a mile line. I watched 12 cars go through the drive through when only a few orders were completed for the inside customers. I have been here for approximately 15-20 minutes waiting on an iced coffee. There are still at least 3 or 4 people ahead of me waiting. I understand they are busy, as I work in the same industry, however, the main focus is on drive through and drive through only. I don’t mind waiting, but there is no organization at all whatsoever nor do the workers seem to care at all making people wait 20 plus minutes for a single coffee. This place has some management issues that need to be tended to. I will not be back.

This is one of the better locations in Brevard. They are always on point! The staff (especially Allie) is always friendly and professional… plus my drinks are always perfect no matter what I order 10/10!

Every time I go to this location they are always kind and make the drinks good, today there was a little mishap on my drink nothing to cry about but I just wanted to get a little extra syrup, so I asked for just some syrup and the employee (Nikk) was very kind yet persistent to redo the drink, he genuinely wanted customer satisfaction, you can tell when people hate there jobs or truly enjoy it. I ordered via drive thru on Sunday 10/18. I always use the Starbucks app to pay to get stars, and this day the girl at the drive thru had to take my phone away to pay at the counter. I wasn’t comfortable with this but they were busy so didn’t say anything. She was gone for a couple minutes (longer than it should have taken). Today 10/21 I’m now getting charges from the PayPal card I have linked to my Starbucks app and I believe it’s related directly to the person who walked away with my phone. I tried calling to talk to a manager but there is no manager in today.

Stop putting drinks in bags for deliveries. Customers are tired of receiving spilled drinks in a bag get normal cup carriers, like everyone else and tamper safe tape for the lids. The drivers either have to hold the bags in their hands while they are driving, which is unsafe, or they have to place it in the floorboard and pray nobody slams on the brakes.

A nice place for a meeting or a cup of coffee
This is one of the 15000 Starbucks in the US and 786 stores in Florida. This site is located on the south side of SR 520 (East Merritt Island Causeway). This is a fairly busy road but it was not difficult to get to or leave from this location. It is a stand-alone building in the corner of a Publix shopping center. There is some parking directly around the restaurant and more in the adjacent parking lot. This place supports an indoor and outdoor seating area and a drive through. The outdoor area has about 4 tables and the indoor area has a bench with 4 small tables, a large long table and 3 tables of 4 along the window. The indoor and outdoor space were clean. You order and pay at the counter and your completed order is served at the end of the counter nearest to the door. As with most Starbucks, this one serves the usual assortment of drinks and light snacks. The staff was friendly. The tea was good. The order was slow to come out but it was good. Prices were reasonable for a Starbucks. It is a nice place to hold a meeting and have a cup of coffee.

Everyone who works here is really nice and they work really hard. It was super busy and backed, and while a few orders fell through the cracks, they worked really quickly to fix it. For the amount of people this morning, this location did a great job.
