Got here at 12:30. It’s now 2. Still haven’t been served. If I didn’t have a tab opened I would have walked out ages ago. To be fair she did warn about a wait but 1.5 hours in a bar where no one is eating but us is crazy. No idea how the food is. Maybe someday.

I travel all over the country and this is bar far the best little bar I’ve been to. Everything is fairly priced and the food is great. Service couldn’t be better. Definitely stop in if you are in the area.

My bf and I did a quick stop and had some food and a couple of beers. The server/bartender was amazing and so nice! The beers were delicious and the food was too. They had these amazing huge pumpkins all over and I asked who grew them and where could I get one and they told me to take one!!! Made my frickin night! . Def recommend stopping if you get a chance. Good people

Good food, great owners providing great service in a country food/bar setting. Worth the stop anytime. Saturday night is Prime Rib night but you better make a reservation as people for miles around know the secret of the Toad Lake Store food.

Our waiter, if you can call him that, was inattentive during our meal. We had to get his attention multiple times to get service as he never once stopped at our table to see if there was anything we needed. The food was excellent. When it came time to collect our bill and pay, the waiter did NOT make any effort to bring us our check. We made several attempts to get our bill from him and he rudely told us each time that he was busy. Worst service I’ve ever encountered.

Great place out in the country. I think I’ve eaten basically everything on their menu and all of their options are delicious. They have the best prime rib in the area bar none. Worth the trip.
