The food was delicious and the portion sizes were generous. Crab rangoon, egg roll, teriyaki chicken bowl with rice, veggies and noodles all hit the spot! Highly recommend if you’re looking for fast and delicious teriyaki. Even better than all that, the owner and his staff were incredibly hospitable and kind.

Sat there for almost an hour waiting on my food because the woman never called my name. When I asked about it, she said she called my name and handed me a bag that had been sitting on the counter for 30 minutes. I didn’t want to argue and gave her the benefit of the doubt that maybe I just misheard her because I could’ve sworn she said a different name when she brought the bag out. Got home and it wasn’t my order. If it wasn’t cold from sitting, I’m sure it’d be pretty good. Overall, I’m sure this place is okay but the service made it a pretty unpleasant experience.

Just left this establishment VERY upset with the service. For starters, the woman at the register was on her phone nearly the whole time we were there. She only put her phone down to take orders but then sits right at the register back on her phone. My husband ordered the large steak teriyaki bowl and ask her multiple times to make sure there were no peas or carrots in his rice. When he gets his order the rice was PACKED with peas. He gets the girls attention (she was on her phone AGAIN) and showed her his rice. She said she’ll have the cook make another bowl of just the rice without the peas & carrots. She comes back n hands him a little bowl of rice knowing he ordered a large bowl to begin with. WHAT A RIP OFF!!! We spent $50.00 just for his order to be wrong BOTH times. We walked out and will be contacting the management in the morning.
