I can’t find the words to express the gratitude for this family owned business. TJ Loopies made 18 dozen assorted cupcakes for my daughter’s wedding and they were an absolute hit. I heard nothing but good reviews from the guests at the wedding how awesome the cupcakes were. T J Loopies even went above and beyond to use color coordinated cupcake liners to match the theme of my daughter’s wedding. Please don’t hesitate to order from this family owned business for your next event. TJ Loopies is our favorite spot to visit as we have a cottage in Higgins Lake. Top notch business. Left a quick review on the Facebook page, but will do one here as well. Stopped in today to check it out. I drive past it multiple times a week, but sadly due to my work, they always closed, but for once, I got lucky. The setup is nice, and was greeted when I came in. Everything was delicious looking in all the displays I looked at. Had to look quickly, as even I am on a budget, but the items I saw, I got. Wish I had more money, as to me I’d buy one of everything. I got the 6pk of thumbprints, a pack of sugar cookies, 2 chocolate chip cookies and a cheesecake collision. It’s (in my eyes) just a tad expensive, but, it really doesn’t bother me any. I’d rather be honest. Still, worth the price for great tasting sweets. Do I recommend stopping in and trying it? Yes I do. I know I’ll be stopping in more when I can. 5 out of 5 for quality, pricing and overall experience with them.

We stopped in for a first time visit with the kids, none of which knew what they wanted. The staff was patient with them while they chose their goodies. The cases looked very yummy with all the fun treats. I will say, the only thing I didn’t love was that all the frosting is cream cheese based, which I don’t love, so that turned me off immediately. But I know most people love it. We got a couple frosted sugar cookies, a cream puff, a few chocolate chip cookies (filled with ganache), a pineapple upside down cupcake, and a strawberries and cream cupcake. My favorite was the strawberry cupcake (it had strawberry jelly in the middle!!). We will come back to try some of the other fun things they have.

OMG!!!! As soon as you walk in a huge just comes to your face because of the wonderful smell and the looks of delicious treats. What a great treat shop. I love everything they make. Love watching them make your ice cream right in front of you. They have a nice outdoor area to sit and enjoy your treat and they have a nice golf cart parking.

We visited TJ Loopie’s for the first time this year and it was such an adorable spot. Their desserts are impossible to choose from. They all look amazing! We got the rolled ice cream and it was so good. Friendly staff. Nice patio for hanging out. You don’t want to miss this place!

We had to stop in and see the new sweet shop in Houghton Lake – so glad we did! Such a cute place, filled with soooo many yummies! I brought back a bunch of baked goods to sample and a couple homemade lemonades. Can’t wait to try them all! This cute little place is family run, the nicest family ever, and really was a sweet surprise. We can’t wait to go back to try the rolled ice cream! If you’ve been thinking about going don’t hesitate!!!
