If you need a place to go for large groups this place would be great. The inside was spacious & the outside space was even bigger. We were greatly with friendly faces & escorted to our requested area outside.
Beers were cold & refreshing.
We asked our waitress for suggestions as we did get an order of cheese curds & chips and salsa for apps. Our main dishes were Caesar salad (good but would have been better with chicken) but it was Good Friday. The TJ’s Portabella Mushroom sandwich which was delicious & would order again. The kids meal was a hotdogs & french fries.

Really good place, Nicole was really helpful even at the last minute. Appreciated for being so great with your customers and taking care of us. The food here is really good and they are family own. So they really take care of you. Best Ribs ever

Gorgeous outdoor patio with permanent structure over majority of the outdoor tables. Fantastic BLT and food came out super fast, with wonderful service. Definitely recommend the dill dip! We went early on a Friday afternoon of a gorgeous day.

Food is always good when I come, I usually just stick to a salad. Today I ordered a takeout salad no olives, and when I got it to eat it, it unfortunately had olives!!

I had always loved this place, but I went in today and ordered a vodka, soda water and lime and it tasted really off. I told the bartender and she said “huh” and walked away.
She then came back 5 minutes later and asked if it was ok and I asked if we could try again and maybe clear the line this time. She seemed offended and said she always does but she’d try again. I said its ok if she doesnt want to I’d take the check instead but she tried again and it was gross. She said they just replaced the guns because of this issue.
So, I drank it instead of wasting it even though it tasted gross and then I switched to beer. Heard her ask the managers about the soda water but they all pretended like everything was ok. Tried to make small talk with everyone but they were acting like I was the one with an issue.
All in all, Im not upset and the food here is good, so make the trip if you want, but dont have a drink that requires soda water because its apparently the one thing they are sensitive about and will make you feel like a villain if you have an issue with it

I ordered potato soup with a side Cesar salad with crispy chicken. The potato soup was bad, like it went south of cheese a day or so ago and also looked like it came from a can. The chicken on the salad was grilled. They subbed the soup with black bean, which tasted like they added water to a can of black beans, and threw on some cheese and green onions. I had to ask the server for more Cesar dressing twice, and the chicken on the salad turned to rubber after it cooled. This was the first and will be the only time I visit TJ Chumps.

Stumbled on this Chumps while road-tripping . A most outstanding experience. The outdoor dining area was a superb surprise. Mariah is one of the best, her service is 10 stars! Food was most excellent..! Serving sizes huge. Cleanliness very very good. Will be back again when traveling through the Dayton area…

I’ve been frequenting this TJ Chumps for the past five years or so, and it’s always a good choice. The food is consistently good… the cheese curds are bomb. This location has a decent selection of beers in tap, and the servers on the patio are extremely attentive. Sophie in particular was extremely personable and has always made sure my party has had a great experience.
As a side note, moving pizza to this location was a great choice. Great job TJ Chumps owners.
