I ordered 3 tacos (asada, al pastor, carnitas), and two chorizo breakfast burritos. The tacos were very flavorful and it’s the main reason I’ll go back. The burritos were ok, but I would pass on them. If you want some decent priced fresh tacos in kuna, I would check this place out.

Tito’s Taco Truck. Its a bright yellow, back behind the gas station off Deerflat and (South) Meridian Rd. At first glance it looks like you make be questioning your life choices later, but we were hungry and stopped here anyway. FOOD: we ordered a Carne Asada burrito with some add ins, a Carne asada quesedilla, tacos and churros. All of us liked our meals. As far as what to expect from a taco truck, it did not dissapoint. We wanted good taco truck style Mexican food and we found it. Other than being impressed with our food, I was also impressed with the owner’s knowledge, understanding and confidence in his product to say no to something one person in our party thought they wanted to have him make. The owner confidently told us why that would not be a good choice (that it would end up too dry, sauces and marinades and stuff would not turn out nicely together, etc.) and then helped stear us towards something that could satisfy the request and he’d be willing to serve. I was impressed by how he backed his food. Since this was our first time eating there and the truck looks like its seen better days, it could have been a hit or miss situationtion. It was a hit. The steady stream of locals ordering would also be an indicator that we were in luck. Glad we happened upon this place!

I’ve been there twice now. Loved it each time. Very good experience from start to finish. Can say enough good things about the owner, very professional, polite and extremely helpful. I will for sure be back again and again. Highly recommend for a good lunch spot no matter the weather.

Great tacos. Especially for only 2 bucks a piece. Chorizo was great, carnitas was also very good. The asada and adobada were ok, not bad, but I would probably stick with the other 2. Green salsa is thick but doesn’t have any heat, red salsa has a bit of it. But, they come with grilled serranos to help with the lack of heat in the salsa verde. Overall I’d say 4.4, but not a full 5 stars.

One of the best burritos I’ve ever had.
Went with their recommendation of the Verde Burrito (wet).
This thing was delicious, the pork was cooked just right, cheese and sauce everywhere. PLUS it came with rice and beans which were an unexpected surprise for the price of 9.50.
Only downside is no seating where they are set up, but you can always sit at the Ridley’s patio nearby, or eat to-go, or in your car…
Either way I’ll definitely be back.

One of the top trucks in the Boise area. We had an asada burrito and Colorado burrito (wet) which was the absolute star and came with delicious rice and beans. Super flavorful meat and salsa we can’t wait to come back for. The gentleman who took our order (may have been the owner from his professional persona) was so genuine and kind. We will be frequent customers!

This truck in the Kuna Ridleys parking lot is amazing. I had the Colorado Burrito served wet, and it has rice and beans with it. He was so polite and even brought my food out to the pick up. The bag had a fork, knife, and napkins. I’m so excited to go back and try more and take my friends.

I ordered a chorizo breakfast burrito and it was absolutely delicious. It was like the perfect amount of grease. Not too greasy but not too dry! Tasted so good!! The young man was fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a good hearty burrito.
