I went three different times to this restaurant and I noticed that even though they were not rude they didn’t have customer service skills which is one of the main ingredients for a restaurant it was exactly like their food it look good to eat but the flavor and the typical seasoning was not there. Once I finished I noticed on the bill said 18% for service and something whe I asked the “waiter” if that was the tip and he assured me that it was not, so I gave 15% as a tip and that was the last time you will see me expending any amount of money towards a person who think is smarter than the customer good luck guys

Pollo a la brasa is the best! My family and I like it so much we always drive 40 min. to eat here. We have tried different places and we concluded this one is the most delicious:-) gracias Adriana y staff for your great service.

Food is ok but service it’s bad the lady throw the menus on the table, like she was mad! Or something throwing the food and the drinks on the tables, I ask for more ahi and water and they never bring it…bad service and they charge me 17$ of tip never come back to this place

We order a whole chicken with fries and salad. The chicken was raw like old, the fries tasted like they had them done since prior orders and nobody picked it up. I had ate at other Peruvian places and the texture on the chicken is different. Fresh to be exact. I won’t waste my money in places like this anymore !!! This could cause for a person to get sick. Chicken has to be cooked right.
