Perfect place for local atmosphere and amazing food. I had the margarita and Cilantro Cream Enchiladas….and I honestly think I am ruined for any other dish. It was so tasty, the cream and cilantro were fresh and the chicken was moist. The tortillas were freshly made and the rice and beans couldn’t be any better. My daughters and husband loved their meals as well. This is definitely a must if you are in the area! P.S. Jesus R was awesome!

First time dining at Tito’s. The wife and I had lunch there today. My wife ordered Sopes, something I was not familiar with and did not taste but the wife said it was very good. I always stick with what I am familiar with so I had the Mexican plate. It came with one enchilada a rolled chicken taco, a crispy meat taco and of course rice and beans. My main interest in ordering this plate was to taste their enchilada meat sauce and it did not disappoint and neither did the rest of the items on the plate, that I left clean. In short, you need to check this place out, it is well worth your time.

Visiting from Phoenix so I had realistic expectations of Mexican food here in San Antonio. Found Tito’s through a recommendation and it was really good.

May have been an off day for service, but that still doesn’t detract from my 5 star review, which is one of under 10 that I’ve ever given..

I had always wanted to try Tito’s Mexican restaurant. I heard they had the best cheese enchiladas. Man! They did not disappoint. My plate was awesome. Very cheesy and I love that you get chips and salsa with your order. Unlike some of the other restaurants downtown. I will definitely be back.

Great bar! Dining room was kind of dead compared to bar but nice. Nice menu too. Mango Chomoy margarita is interesting to try.

Worth the hike from the river walk – prices are much cheaper and crowds are more reasonable. Had great service and the food was pretty damn good (aside from potato in the puffy tacos… To go with the rice, and the tacos, and the beans… How fat do you think I am?).

Way better and way cheaper than the chain restaurants on Riverwalk! Visiting San Antonio’s Southtown district for the first time, my wife and I stopped at Tito’s for lunch. It was a great choice! The food was fresh, spicy and flavorful, and the cold Modelo on draft was probably the best beer I’ve ever had in my life.

Bums me out to leave a sub par review but I got to be honest! The Tex-Mex food was a little better than average but way way too expensive for what you receive! Service just flat out sucked! Food tastes similar to any taqueria or Tex-Mex restaurant. Not impressed. My meal was $16.00 and my friend purchased the unimpressive torta for $10 for lunch. You be the judge. (For $31 dollars – you can do much better. I promise!) Honestly, I believe you are paying for the location of the restaurant. Mehhh at best!
