While visiting the Leonard Park (Kisco) Disc Golf Course, we decided to walk over to Tipsy Taco Bar for some food and refreshments, and it ended up being a great choice. When we arrived, the restaurant was in the middle of putting up its Christmas decorations, and the place looked fantastic. The lights and holiday setup added a warm, festive feeling that immediately made the atmosphere stand out.

Time to as around 3 o’clock on a Friday afternoon, the crowd was surprisingly good. It was steady without being overwhelming, giving the place a comfortable, lively vibe. The bartender and servers were extremely friendly, attentive, and easy to talk to. They kept the energy fun, and we shared plenty of laughs throughout the visit.

The food was priced well, especially considering the quality. I tried three different tacos along with an order of sweet potato fries, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. Each taco had its own distinct character, and nothing felt rushed or generic. It definitely made me want to come back just to sample more of the menu.

Overall, Tipsy Taco Bar delivered a great experience: good food, great staff, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. I’m already looking forward to returning and trying more items, especially once all the Christmas decorations are fully set up.

I had an amazing experience at Tipsy Taco! Alison was my bartender, and she absolutely made the night. She was super friendly, attentive, and had such great energy behind the bar. My drinks were perfectly made and came out fast every time. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing and cares about the customers.

If you stop by, definitely ask for Alison — she’ll take great care of you. I’ll for sure be coming back!

Went there for lunch and had the spicy margarita and the tropical margaritas flights and they were amazing. Tacos tasted great and the guacamole tasted fresh

Friendly and accommodating staff. Prices are better than they need to be. Love the ambience… have you ever been to a hole in the wall joint in Tajuana (outside Revo)? Like that, only super clean! And yet, that was not the star of the show. That would be the Black Angus Steak Burrito. The Trio Burrito Bowl, (steak bits, pulled chicken and shrimp), was also something to write home about. The toppings on the Nachos for Two were also spot on.
If you’re looking for extreme heat in the sauces on tasteless food, go to Chipotle (Blah). However, if it’s FLAVOR you seek, give TTB a go!

Tipsy Taco, a dark bar with dia de los muertos vibes, was an easy spot to kick it. We went on a Sunday evening, and it wasn’t crowded or loud so it was easy to have conversation at our table. Over the bar they were playing the Olympics on the TV with pop music playing throughout the bar. Our service was impeccable, greeted and served on the faster end.

The Baja beef burger was juicy, and flavorful. The jalapenos gave the burger a nice kick paired with these Cajun French fries, seasoned perfectly and fried to a wonderful crisp. 10/10 for the fries for sure!

We also ordered a Vegan burrito bowl which was surprisingly filling. The Mexican rice and black beans was served aside portobello mushrooms, spicy cauliflower, pico de gallo and guac. It was extremely flavorful and was satisfying.

Lastly we got passionfruit and coconut mojitos. On the sweeter side they were still tasty in the sneak up on you kind of way.

I liked the ambiance, but thats about it. The food wasn’t that great, I got enchiladas con salsa verde, there was no green sauce to be seen. My best friend got some tacos and her sister got quesadillas, they both said their dishes were alright. It was nothing special, the food didn’t have much flavor, and the size of everything looked small. In my opinion, the best part of the meal was the chips, guacamole, and salsa we got as an appetizer. The drinks weren’t any better, we all ordered flavored mojitos and they didn’t taste like the fruit we chose, in fact they tasted watered down if like a seltzer. The menus and how to pay for the check are a cool concept. Menus are on iPads and you can scan a QR code to pay the bill. The service was fine, nothing to complain about on that end. This is not the first time I go here, I went when they first opened and didn’t like it so i wanted to give it another shot. It just didn’t live up at all, very disappointing as it has such a nice vibe. If they drinks were good, I would considering going back just to the bar, but nope.

Smallest, wimpiest, saddest meals I have ever received from this restaurant. Rice was overcooked, bagged chips on the side rather than the homemade ones they used to? Chipotle is better than this. And I dislike fast food.

The atmosphere was pleasant and we were seated almost immediately. The waitress was friendly and accommodating. She waited until we all settled down before asking for our drink orders. The drinks made quickly and the taste of the margarita was amazing. 10/10. When the appetizers arrived, we noticed that there wasn’t enough meat portion. The food was delicious nevertheless. When our main courses came out, we also noticed the dish was covered with peppers and was having trouble finding our meat portions. I was able to only find 3 shrimps and a few steaks in my meal. The food was delicious and flavorful, but not enough of a meat portion. Don’t recommend eating here if you’re hungry.

I have to give Tipsy Taco Bar a well-deserved 5-star rating! From the moment I stepped through the door, I knew I was in for a treat. This restaurant is more than just a place to grab a bite – it’s a culinary journey through the vibrant flavors of Mexico, all served up with a modern twist.

Let’s talk about the food – it’s absolutely phenomenal. I had the pleasure of trying several dishes, including the Empanadas, Short Ribs Tacos, Al Pastor Tacos, Octopus Al Pastor, Salmon Tartare, and Pork Carnitas. Each bite was bursting with flavor, showcasing the authentic ingredients and traditional techniques that make Mexican cuisine so beloved. Plus, knowing that the menu is 90% gluten-free and features organic meats only adds to the appeal.

But it’s not just about the food – Tipsy Taco Bar offers an experience that’s second to none. The venue itself is buzzing with energy, making it the perfect spot for a lively night out with friends. The decor is stylish and inviting, creating a vibrant atmosphere that’s as memorable as the food itself. And despite the bustling crowd on a Saturday night, the staff were attentive and efficient, ensuring that everyone’s orders were served promptly.

Whether you’re craving classic favorites like tacos and empanadas or looking to explore innovative dishes like the Salmon Tartare, Tipsy Taco Bar has something for everyone. So grab your friends, head over to Mount Kisco, and prepare to indulge in a culinary adventure that’s sure to leave you craving more. Cheers to Tipsy Taco Bar for setting the standard for authentic Mexican cuisine done right!
