This place is typical for a Tiki atmosphere. It’s fun if you like to people watch. Bartender, the night I was there wasn’t very friendly or attentive, so my friend and I left after 1 drink and ate and drank somewhere else. I was feeling that if you’re not a regular, you don’t get the attention. On the upside, my drink was good.

Good for drinks only. Menu has gone downhill sincewe were there last. Food was not awesome. Burgers were ok. Pizza was really oily, would have preferred fresh mozzarella. Atmosphere was nice until the kitchen staff started playing hard core rap next to where we were sitting. And this was at about 4:30 – 5 on a Thursday. We probably should have gone to pier 52. Tipsy seagull is good for a few drinks to watch the sunset, not much else.

Great spot to party on the water. Lively, loud bar scene on a Friday night. Sit out back or above to fully enjoy the water views. Pretty standard menu. Food was good but not special. Beer options lacking. Service was excellent.

The Tipsy is a great time. I make it a point to go every summer, both day and night. You can’t beat the view, the food is really good and so are the drinks! They have a band on weekends and I love the swing chairs at the upstairs level!

Drinks were ok, service was pretty slow. Our server was really nice but seemed more interested in chatting with other servers than tending to us. Went there midday and music was so loud we couldn’t hear each other talking. There was also a funky smell in the seating area next to the bar – smelled like a dumpster (and no it wasn’t because of the sea) overall this is a pretty cool spot and I’d try them again sometime. I’d probably have more fun if I was actually tipsy when there lol

Went on a sunny Sunday afternoon. Place was busy with a great band playing. Got a couple of seats at the bar and ordered a Cosmo and diet coke. Cosmo was kinda garbage, soda was good. Ordered nachos, very good and big. Flagged down a different bartender and this Cosmo was spot on.

Food was overall good but if you’re trying to go somewhere to have good conversation this isn’t it. Music speakers turned up way too loud, had trouble even speaking to someone across the table. Also seemed to be short staffed as our waitress was working hard to cover both our area and the upstairs section so our party went long periods without service.

Fun stop at the funky little Tipsy Seagull. Many more tables and some a good distance from the blasting music as well. Good reasonably priced plain food- burgers, dogs etc. Always an enjoyable spot with a million dollar view.
