Tipsy Cow is a local favorite of mine, down to earth staff, Smashadilla is delicious and their smash burgers are perfect for lunch!
Saw a nasty comment earlier where the google profile has only given 1-star reviews to a multiple locations. Don’t listen to that bum. This place is worth the visit.
Yes, it’s a little pricey, but you’re supporting local business with quality. This ain’t fast food, it’s good food.

This was the destination for us! We read the reviews and thought we would try it out. You go for the food. The small roadside restaurant is not fancy. There are only two tables. There are a few outside tables as well. BUT the burgers, fries and ice cream do not disappoint. The smash burgers were one of the best! (Add the grilled onions) The skin on fries were fresh and hot. We ended with homemade peach ice cream and it was delicious. Service was fast and friendly.
(Other note: Pepsi only) The tipsy cow building could use a bit of TLC but not the food! The food is amazing.

Gah! Love this place! So excited for their new location as well! Everything we’ve tried has been absolutely fantastic. The people are the sweetest and each menu item has so much character- it’s hard to pick a favorite (which is why they offer the ice cream flight because you really want pick a favorite)

Service here is absolutely great. Our group of 4 had smashburgers, chicken Philly and steak Philly. All were delicious and served with either great homecut fries or onion rings. We each tried the homemade ice cream and all agreed it was so creamy and yummy. Mine was Almond Roca and I loved it. Definitely will return. Not many tables but they do a bunch of takeout.

Visiting for Thanksgiving & finally had the chance to eat at Tipsy Cow. Have been hearing from my parents how great it was for months, so our expectations were very high.

Not only did they meet those expectations, they easily exceeded them!! The s’mores milkshake was the best milkshake I’ve ever had. The food was excellent & everyone working there was super friendly. They whipped up a hot sauce for our wings that my wife loved so much so begged them to make her some to bring back home. She has a VERY high bar for what qualifies as “good hot sauce”… she’s only ever found one other place in the country with sauce she’s loved enough to order extra to bring home. Planning on dipping turkey in it tomorrow

Hard to overstate how much we loved this place. Absolutely plan on coming back next time we’re in town!!

Food was great and reasonably priced. The sweet tea was a bit expensive for some reason but everything was wonderful and the service was great. Would absolutely recommend getting the burger or the “dillas”

If I could give a 10 stars I would! The food is absolutely amazing. The meat is seasoned to perfect, Mouth watering French fries, home cut and cooked the right way, none of that chemically induced fries from the arches. Slightly off the beaten path and well worth the turn down Graball. This place hasn’t seen the last of us. I would even venture out and say the best food in Milan area.
If your local and haven’t checked out this friendly family owned location what are you waiting for?!? You will not be disappointed in the level of service, tasty food or portion size.

They have a rather simple menu, but they do everything on it super well. They have amazing burgers, fries, and onion rings. It’s a favorite spot when we are in Milan TN. I won’t nock a star but they are nearly always out of non alcoholic Ice cream options. Which is telling for how good it is too lol.

Our family often eats in Milan. My son sought out this place and greatly desired to try it out. So, we set out on a cold winter evening, made our way through patchy snow and ice on the roads to get there. Once the four of us arrived and made it to the door, we were greeted by the manager only to be told that he was shutting down for the day at 4pm just because he saw a car on a neighboring road that was stuck. I just couldn’t understand how a business would turn down a money opportunity standing right in front of you. But, that’s his right. Will we drive another thirty minutes one day to give it another try? I’m not so sure. Time will tell. To the manager I would say, “I hope your business prospers because your town needs something different but don’t turn down business at your door.”

Was looking for a great restaurant on our way back home in Kentucky and wanted something that was more mom and pop and not commercialized with great quality food. The Tipsy cow definitely did not disappoint! Phone was ringing off the hook and I can definitely see why! Loved the burger and fries and will make it a point to stop there again whenever possible!
