Let’s cut to the chase. Baleadas sencillas 9.5/10
Texture and flavor was on point.
Good bean to crema ratio, I could easily down two of them!
Pupusa de queso : 9/10, flavor was good! Texture was nice, it didn’t melt or break apart while eating it but still having the queso nice and melted on the inside. I was a bit skeptical with the repollo because of the yellow color, but it smacked with the pupusa. The salsita roja, could use some salt but all mixed it together, the repollo’s saltiness complements the salsita.
I would go all the way to Paseo Catracho in SW just for a good baleada… it’s about time we get a good spot! Yall other Honduran restaurants in NMB better pick it up, this new food truck is very decent

The food here was really tasty — honestly, very good! My wife and I both enjoyed everything we tried (Pollo con Tajadas, carne asada), and we’d definitely recommend coming here. The only thing I’d suggest is adding a bit of music to liven up the atmosphere, but other than that, no complaints at all. We’ll definitely be back!

Primero que nada, mi esposa y yo vinimos a comer a este food truck. Ya habíamos venido antes y habíamos pedido baleadas, que estaban buenas, así que decidimos regresar y darles otra oportunidad. Esta vez pedimos un ceibeño con chuleta, pero al llegar a casa nos dimos cuenta de que básicamente estaba comiendo un cerdo crudo. Solo quiero crear conciencia porque esto pudo haber sido una situación peligrosa y podríamos habernos enfermado gravemente. No volveré ni les daré mi servicio.

Comensaron bien ahora la comida malisima ina ves compre un pollo ceibeño el pollo lo picaron asta el hueso para que se mire mas grande la pieza de pollo holrible savor lo voye a la basura las baliadas compre dos hoy y la tortilla cruda los frijoles agrios una orchata que es pinol con agua y azucar en fin 14 dolares tirados a la basura . jamas vuelvo a este lugar ni de gratis
