It all began with 3 siblings who had a tiny dream… The Abramcyk trio: Ana, Matt & Jack set out to create a family run, neighborhood spot where anyone & everyone could come eat, drink or just talk over a glass of wine & leave happier than when they entered. Thus… Tiny’s & the Bar Upstairs was born. Let’s go back to the 1800s… the origination of the townhouse. Fast forward to today… the townhouse; now pink & located in the heart of Tribeca is known both nationally & internationally as a NYC gem. Ana, Matt & Jack complement the warm-hearted & artistic spirit of Tiny’s. The sibling dynamic & creativity was the catalyst behind the magic of what Tiny’s represents today: The Pink Townhouse with great food & good times.

Historical 1810 bi-level townhouse showcases New American fare in a dimly lit, rustic setting.

Tiny’s & The Bar Upstairs, nestled in a distinctive three-story, literally tiny townhouse in Tribeca, offers an intimate and fabulous atmosphere.
The cool design of this historic 1810 townhouse is truly fascinating. The setting itself is the star, creating a distinctly warm and romantic vibe with its rustic Americana styling. The atmosphere is intimate and cozy, making it an ideal spot to spend an evening. The aesthetic, from the weathered brick and framed ‘little things’ to the ‘dirty’ pink wallpaper, contributes to a highly visual and charming environment.
We were there only for drinks, and the bar experience was unparalleled. The barman was absolutely fabulous, providing exceptional service that felt personalized and attentive. I ordered a cocktail (don’t remember the name as I was there some time ago and forgot to write the name of the drink in my notes 😉 ), that was pure perfection, a truly standout drink.
If you’re looking for an atmospheric, cute and cocktail spot, Tiny’s & The Bar Upstairs is highly recommended

My friend and I visited on an early Friday evening and found the experience somewhat mixed. The winter sangria listed on the happy hour menu was a solid choice, though we were charged the regular price. The ceviche was fresh and flavorful, but unfortunately contained a small piece of hair which detracted from the appetizer.

On a more positive note, my friend really enjoyed the chicken risotto, and I was pleasantly surprised by the burger (cooked medium-rare) with truffle fries that complemented it well. That said, at $32, I’m not sure I would order it again. Service was also uneven where one server felt rushed when placing our meals and clearing plates, making the process feel a bit abrupt. We’d be open to returning to see if the experience improves.

Best burger in NYC?? This place definitely is in the running for this title and is truly a hidden gem!!

Can’t miss items are their burger (served with caramelized onions, mushrooms, and cheddar!), their tater tots (BEST I’ve ever had- super crispy, slightly bouncy and reminiscent of Pão de queijo), and the butter pecan cheesecake (tasted like a butterscotch dum dum in the best way!!).

The vibes here are charming and cozy too; would make the perfect date night spot!

Came here on a Friday night and was pleasantly surprised. The vibe and space are cute and inviting. We started with happy hour drinks and oysters, which were great and a good deal. For dinner, the homemade tater tots with the special sauce were a standout. The pumpkin risotto was so good — not too cheesy or heavy, with just the right amount of vegetables. I’m still thinking about it! You also can’t go wrong with the Kit Kat dessert — delicious.

We visited Tiny’s and the Bar Upstairs on a Wednesday evening, and it was a lovely spot. The outdoor space was inviting, perfect for people-watching, and the upstairs area was warm and cozy, ideal for winter. We didn’t have a reservation, but our hostess was kind enough to find us a seat. The service was a bit spotty, likely due to the crowd, but our experience was still enjoyable. We ordered the orange wine, which was delicious, and some appetizers – citrus ceviche, Tony’s tater tots, and burrata with peach. Everything was fresh and well-made. And for dessert, we got the Kit Kat chocolate cake( forget the name!) , which my friend with the sweet tooth thoroughly appreciated. It’s a great spot for a date night or a group of four. We’ll likely be back for the drinks, food, and ambiance, but might try to avoid peak hours.

Came here later in the evening, hoping for a relaxed dinner, but it was extremely busy and loud by the time we arrived. Food was good, but not outstanding for the price point. One dish really stood out, while another felt a bit under-seasoned. Cocktails were well made, though they took a while to arrive.

Service was polite but clearly overwhelmed. We waited longer than expected between courses and had to flag someone down for the check. I think this place shines more earlier in the evening or on less crowded nights.

Celebrated two of my besties birthdays here for brunch and it was the perfect spot for a cozy catch up. The waitress even surprised us with their signature Kit Kat cake and two candles! The food was yummy and the menu offers a great variety making it easy to accommodate different cravings. The decor and vibe made it feel intimate. The waitress was even sweet enough to show us the third floor which they offer for private parties. Had heard a lot of great things about this spot and happy I finally checked it out. Will definitely be back.

Really nice and dark environment. Our server (didn’t get his name) was really attentive and helpful. Drinks were really nice. Unfortunately two of the dishes were cold and had to be sent back. The burger was okay but quite bland. We then found that some of our party’s plates were being cleared before everyone had finished which just felt a bit odd. We were then being rushed to finish and pay towards the end. Our server who was rushing to take payment, got the money and then sat down to eat a meal. It was clear she was rushing us so she could eat after her shift on the bar. Overall, it was fine but some staff need better training and the food needs more attention.

I needed a spot for a work dinner with my team and found Tiny’s after some searching on Yelp. Reservations were very easy to make a few weeks in advance and we were seated immediately.

The vibes are great – it’s such a cute rustic space and really gave our out of towners a classic oldschool NYC feel. Plus – they have matchbooks, which I collect.

They have their own cocktails, but they will also make you any cocktail that you want, provided they have the materials. I had their mushroom whiskey cocktail and it was fab. I’m an old-fashioned girlie, and this gave the same vibes.

To start, we split a dozen oysters and a grilled peach burrata. Loved both and everyone was able to have some.

For mains, I had the risotto and others in my party had the pasta, steak, and the mussels appetizer. The mussels appetizer is huge and honestly, more than enough as an entree. The risotto was also very filling and very good. We split some grilled asparagus and roasted potatoes as sides, which were all great.

For dessert, a coworker and I split their matcha martini and the lava cake. Both were fantastic – and I would gladly drink that matcha martini again any day.

Service was great and we were very well taken care of. We were there for about 3.5 hours and were never rushed out.

Had a group of 5 on Christmas day, and after we got there, and the table had ordered a few things, were told that actually there was a miscommunication and it would be a pre-fix menu instead. Which is understandable, since that’s usually the norm for days like Christmas. The wait-staff, management, everyone involved really, were so accommodating, and nice, and apologetic when they really didn’t need to be. They did everything they could to make sure our evening was great, and it was. I love the vibe of this place, the old school NYC feel, and the steak honestly was one of the best I’ve had in the city recently. I would have made it a NYC staple for those reasons alone. But they went above and beyond when they really didn’t have to and I’ll always love this place for that alone
