loved the experience here!!! Very sweet staff and the food was amazing!! My son and sister ordered chicken fried steak and I ordered cheese enchilada dinner. My fiance offered the steak. Everything was superb! Then a live band came out! We were so pleasantly surprised! We’re not from this area and loved the authentic Mexican food.

What a great place!! We are Canadian on a Usa roadtrip, Stopped here to get gas and grabbed some food. These people here were all so nice and helped describe the food to me (im clueless) The tacos were so delicious we went back in and grabbed some more for the road. Thank you for great food & service staff of Tina’s !!!

Came in took about 5 to 10 minites to get someone to greet us as hand over the menu. Ordered Fajita plate for 1 person, rice was hard and dry (old), askedbfor charro beans instead of refried beans, well i got the bowl of charro beans and beans except for the caldito to enjoy them. In other words they were dry and old. The Dr.Pepper tasted old as well as if machines haven’t gotten maintenance. I don’t mean to be rude but for the price we paid it was horrible. No discount given asides from the crappy order! Fajita was good w bell pepper and the extra shrimp was ok this is what i enjoyed only. Except it was total of $17.99 just for my plate! It wouldve been ok if it was good but it wasn’t Specially the service! The waitress never came by herself to see what was missing or needed! We had to call her out alot. She seemed young but lack of customer service and distracted. Maybe issies at home or work but it shouldnt reflect on work duty. It is not oir fault. When I was given my plate there was no tortilla until I asked for it! About 10 to 15 minutes later Tortillas arrived and taste was pretty bad what ashame for it to be a Mexican Restaurant and on a good location thats were travelers like us pass by alot. This was our first and last visit here! Owner was present at time of dine in but didn’t seem interactive or attentive! Message to owner, please be aware of your restaurant because you are there to service people and offer your best not this not what we got! and train personnel, it is really bad to spend money at a place with no attention and lack of good service and food! If your people cant handle it you should be takimg care of business. What a waste of money, time and taste.

The food had always been good, but the service the first 2 times was bad. Today we had chef Julie and waitress Emily taking care of us. They gave us excellent service and good food. I will definetly be coming back again.

I went too Franky’s down the road, it looked run down and a bit rough on the eyes, but I’ll be a Franky’s for the remainder of my stay… let’s just say i could have spent more $ here but… its not bad but its ok… lol

One thing i wanna make clear to this beautiful Resturant…ive read tha views and saw tha ratings that people have posted. Wow!..some are good,great and some are rude and some make no sence at all.of course everyone has there own opinions and thats okay. But notice tha people who have made comments are customers that have really visited tha place but most are customers that are regulars from tha resturant across tha way Called LOMITAS REST. …sigh!!…
How bout instead of reading tha views and lookin at tha ratings…. just give it a try,give it a taste,or just come by to have a beer, margarita. Hear music or watch a game.there are 3 large flat screens… I was also told HAPPY HOUR starts at 2:00- so enjoy good food with good people, even the owners are really kick back! No lie!as for there worker’s wow just AWESOME..so with that said its a relaxed environment.. it doesn’t stop there,theres even a small party room that can be reserved for any occasions.
And as everyone may know or not know.. there will also be a gas station to a
as well as a mini mart..slash gas station is what is needed on that side of town…great idea!Keep up tha good work!

The food was great!! Being from California and finding Mexican food that was good,was hard. The first place we went to in Town was a disappointment (Sukasa), but this one was bomb food!!! Loved it!!!… talk about homemade food!
