Stopped in for lunch and was very impressed. I had the Runabout sandwich, smoked turkey and bacon with honey mustard, and it was excellent. The flavors worked really well together, and the sandwich was filling without being heavy. I went with the house-cut fries, which were fresh and cooked perfectly, but sweet potato fries were also an option and looked great.
The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, and the staff was polite, fun, and easy to talk to. Service was quick, I was in and out in about 30 minutes, which is perfect when you’re on a schedule. One thing that really stood out to me was how clean the restaurant was, including the bathroom, which I always notice.
Overall, a very satisfying lunch experience. I would definitely return and would recommend stopping in if you’re in the area.

This place was amazing. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection! The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. The silverware was good and not cheaply made. Restrooms were also very clean. Me and the three women with me were all very well impressed and will definitely be returning!

If you haven’t gone to Tin Lizzie’s yet, you need to! Delicious breakfast option with amazing prices! I got the Edison omelet and it was so good! My husband had the grits and loved them, and that man is picky about his grits. The service was warm and friendly as well. Highly recommend.

Tin Lizzie’s is definitely a great place to enjoy a great breakfast. The biscuits were moist, the grits were good and buttery and the smoked turkey was the best. I’ve never had smoked turkey like that at any other restaurant for breakfast. It’s such a great pork alternative!! That’s a great choice of meat to stand out from other restaurants. 10/10!

I Went in this morning and ordered the “Husky boy”.
Ordered eggs over-hard. Eggs came out very runny, very obvious they were not correct but waitress brought them anyway. Sent the eggs back. Overheard the waitress and cook argueing: cook:” whats wrong with them? Waitress: “They are snotty!” Cook: “No they are not…how do they want them?” Waitress: ” cooked all the way, thats what over hard means”. Cook: ” Well, thats not what the ticket says” Waitress: well thats what i put, look, here it says right here!”
At this point they had been bickering back and forth over these dang eggs too long. I was tired, i was hungry, and the last thing i need to hear is people arguing over a easy task like frying eggs. I wont be back. The Waitress should have verified them before bringing them out, cook needs more training on egg frying. Waitress seemed to lack motivation and didnt move with a sense of purpose. Cook sounded like they had an attitude problem. So now…let me ask you this: do you want this negativety in preparing of your food? I dont. Thats why i wont be back and i will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Wow, what a place! When we walked in, we were greeted by a smile. The entire staff was super friendly, kind, laid back, and made us feel right at home. The food was hot, fresh, and extremely tasty. Despite being short staffed on a Friday and with it being Valentine’s Day no one was in a sour mood, no one was mean, and honestly things ran so smooth you couldn’t even tell they were short handed. If I could give this place more stars, I would! 5 stars does not do it justice, but it’s a start!! We will definitely be back. Sumter is very privileged to have a fantastic place like this

Came in from Virginia and tried out Tin Lizzies. The sandwiches were incredible and their breakfast was great too. The meat was fresh and flavors were amazing. Our server was attentive and very nice. Everything came out pretty quick after ordering too. 5/5 can’t wait to come back and try it again.

Well, first I have to explain the 4 star. I have been here for a little over 2 years (Manning) and seem to have trouble finding someone that does Country Fried Steak. Which they do not have
However, I brought my pops here that is visitin from Oregon. He has declared Lizzies as his favorite restaurant thus far.
I am also a retired profession cook of 29 years. I must say; the atmosphere is welcomin and pleasant. The food came within good time, presentation was an 8, and taste was a 9.
What sealed the deal for us is, our server Lindsey F., was very pleasant, polite, and on point within her job. Her smile helped lot.
We will definitely be coming back!
