I usually enjoy Five Guys for its fresh, made-to-order food, and the restaurant was clean and well kept. However, today was disappointing. The hot dog bun was out of order, and the French fries were way too salty—so much salt that I couldn’t even eat them. I hope this was just a one-time issue, because my past experiences here have been much better.

My wife and I stopped by on our way to a weekend vacation and the service was excellent. We were treated with kindness and just overall pleasantness and the atmosphere was amazing. Heard all the rage about Five Guys and had to partake. Service and atmosphere were both outstanding, fast and friendly service and the restaurant was very clean.
The food was my only issue though:
Pros: The cajun fries were absolutely delicious, every single french fry was covered in seasoning.
Cons: The burger was average at best, I’d have to compare it with Wendy’s honestly, bland burger with sweet onions and bacon.
For the price I’d have to look at other options in the area.

The burger was beautifully juicy, the fries were well salted, but not over salted, and the staff was incredibly kind! Had a burger, fries, and shake “all the way” and it was ready to eat in minutes!

Five Guys is one of my top 5 burger places. The staff is always friendly and never messed up my order. Burgers are cooked well and they give alot of fries. My only complaint is the website ordering: some items are not available in real life and vice versa but you can select these items on the website.
