We just got back from our Tin Drum trip, and we did pick up. The service was really nice, but they really messed up our order. First off, we ordered two Boba drinks. I asked for no boba/bubbles, however, they put tapioca Boba in my drink. They also didn’t fill up the cup, see picture attached. The lady who fixed the tapioca boba was so sweet though so we weren’t that upset. We got home and realized that they did not include the sauce that you were supposed to get for the crab and cheese roll. We also realized that they added onion in my coconut soup even though I said no onions because I’m allergic. The noodles were cut on the chicken lo mein, but we didn’t specify that we wanted long noodles, so it’s not that big of a deal. Overall, the service was great and the food tasted good, but the accuracy of our order was sub-par.

We came in just for the boba, so I can’t say much about the food .

Chinatown Lo Mien was perfection! It’s a lovely meal if you are looking for something light and filling.

I ordered the Asian Crinkle Fries because they sounded like a unique spin. “Sesame oil scent and sriracha mayo”. Soggy cold typical American crinkle fries. Sriracha mayo? Barely flavorful nor spicy. Waste of money. Threw them out.

Man, I gotta say, my visit to Tindrum was a letdown. The food portions were so small, I needed a microscope to find them. And don’t get me started on the managers. One Asian, one Black, both super rude. Zero customer service skills. Seriously, save your money and go somewhere else. Tindrum needs to step up their game big time. Not worth it, folks.

So yummy! Great food and atmosphere! I had the citrus teriyaki glaze stir fry and passion tea with mango boba! Definitely recommend x1000!

Literally $.50 for like 5 pearls and it tastes terrible. We got tea and they gave us coffee

I’ve only gotten boba here. It was really nice experience overall. They always come out nice and if I have any issues, it’s always handled.

Food is decent as is the service. Wait times can vary so you might want to order ahead. The self order kiosk is a good idea but the menu interface is poorly arranged, making it hard to find your chosen items and while it’s nice to be able to add a variety of extras you can’t subtract undesired elements.
