The entertainment was great, but the cocktails absolutely were awful! You could not taste the alcohol at all so when you ordered an extra shot, it was $8!!!

Friday night….There to see the band SRO. Came early to have dinner. We both had bottled beer and salads.
I had a chicken cobb and hubby had french onion soup and antipasto salad. Big!! Excellent!!
Service good!

One of the worst service experiences I’ve had in a long time.

Stopped in to grab 4 hot dogs for some buddies while golfing. Waited about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, then another 5 after placing the order. When they finally brought the food out, the hot dogs were cold… not lukewarm, cold. I wasn’t even told the price until after they came out: $22.50 for 4 basic hot dogs. That’s more than what I paid to golf.

To top it off, the lady behind the bar had an attitude the whole time, like serving customers was an inconvenience. What does it take to get decent service these days? Safe to say I won’t be giving them any more business.

For $28.00 I expected more … the Nacho chips were fried hard/burnt, the meat was dry and the cheese was underwhelming. I ordered extra meat for nachos … where is it? The “Club” sandwich was wet on the bottom and the lettuce was wilted. The two stars was for the effort. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic and businesses are trying to stay afloat …

I ordered “The Oven Baked” Meatball Sub. Well the meatballs were hard and dry and the sub never saw the oven. The bun was pulled from a package, cut and not very good meatballs and cheese were put on the bun and served to me. Very disappointed.

We hosted a birthday party here in December and had a great experience. Communication and planning was super easy, Beth was informative and quick to answer any questions we had. The day-of timing was flexible, I was able to come early and get everything set up, decorated, move tables as needed, and our server even helped me untangle balloons (a snag I did not plan for timing-wise!). The menu was simple, we had pizza, salad, and a cash bar, and it all went perfectly smoothly. For needing somewhere to fit a lot of people in December that was within our budget, Tin Cup was perfect!

I have been to Tin Cup at Cumming City Center multiple times, but today the service was phenomenal. Lucy and Kylie are the perfect pair as bartenders and if you are looking for someone to talk to and have a nice drink with, I would definitely recommend paying them a visit. They are both entertaining. And caring and responsive. Come see them!!

After League play I had chicken tenders for $14 and they came out about the size of my three little fingers. I was Very Disappointed and still hungry so I ordered a fish sandwich for another $14 and it came out a piece of fish on a bun. That is it….No condiments nothing, not even a side of tarder sauce just a bun and a piece of fish. Unbelievable, I should have sent them both back but instead since I was hungry I ate them and paid the $29 plus a $6 tip. So for $35 I got three chicken strips a bun a fried piece of fish the size of a baseball card. I will not be stopping there after league for some time after being what I consider being ripped off. Yes it was that bad.
I could not believe they served me what they did for the money. I don’t think they realize people are actually paying good money for the food. They slammed the food out and the waitresses just throws it in front of you. The Owner, failed, The Manager failed, the Cook failed and the Waitress failed for even bringing the food out like that. In all my years of my eating out experiences it was the worst I ever had.
