I recently visited the Smoothie King on Panola Road, and I want to share my honest experience in hopes that it helps improve things.
First, the positives: the store itself was very clean, and the music created a nice atmosphere. Also, the gentleman who prepared my order showed great customer service — he greeted me kindly and wished me a good day, which I appreciated.
However, my experience at the register was disappointing. The cashier who assisted me seemed to have a negative attitude, which made the interaction unpleasant. A friendly greeting and positive energy go a long way in customer service, especially when people are visiting for the first time.
Overall, the store has a lot of potential because it’s well-kept and some of the staff are doing a great job. I just hope the front-line customer service can improve so that every guest leaves with a positive impression.

I’ve been a loyal customer for months now. I always get either a smoothie or a açaí bowl; I have given them the benefit of the doubt plenty of times when it came to my bowl. Today will be my last time coming to this smoothie king. My smoothie bowl had a gummy consistency and way too much peanut like the lady just threw my bowl together. It was imbalanced and not pleasing to the eye. Couldn’t even finished my bowl, it was a waste of my money.

I thought the smoothie was just too thick… I was struggling to drink it. So I decided to let some time pass for it to loosen a little…but it didn’t help. I finally got tired of fighting to drink my smoothie, so I poured it out to discover why I couldn’t finish it…most of the almonds were whole and couldn’t fit in the straw!

The customer service needs to be improved ASAP! Hopefully the next time I visit I will be greeted, and assisted with respect and dignity. And if I have any questions or concerns they will not be dismissed because you are more interested in listening to music on your phone instead of being attentive to customers. An employee behaving like this is far from an asset. And if she would like to keep her job I pray she gets it together before she loses it.

I came in today get my free smoothie and wasn’t disappointed. The employees were taking orders and making smoothies fast. It felt amazing inside the store because it was hot as death outside. I wasn’t sure about a blueberry lemonade smoothie, but it tasted amazing. I’ll definitely be adding that one to my list of favorites. There is ample parking in the lot because it’s a small strip mall, but the lot is very tight. It’s easy to get too close to another vehicle. I’ve been coming here for years, Ms D is always very warm and welcoming. She has a good attitude and helps me with a kind attitude. I enjoy coming here also because they get my peanut power plus correct every time.

Just had another terrible experience at this smoothie king. The workers here apparently hate there job and are just rude for no reason. No customer service at all. Just spent about $20 on a acai bowl after my work out and I just simply asked them to put the peanut butter directly on top of my acai bowl because it get lost on the fruit and can’t taste it on the acai. The cash register makayla tells me she can’t do that when I have got that done at that location before. And at every o Rh we acai now location. That’s a simple customer service task that can easily make a costumer satisfied but she rather I get a refund so that’s what I did instead. It’s so sad I hope they can find some workers to properly represent the company soon. I will not be back to this location after 20 plus times of ordering unfortunately
