My niece recently moved to Alden and mentioned there was a good Chinese restaurant near her. Been there two times already. Looks to be family run very friendly waitress. They offer to make any changes to the menu items to customize your taste. The chef came out after and asked us how everything was and is also very friendly. All the food came out hot and there were no leftovers. Delicious.

If my buddy didn’t tell me about this Cantonese restaurant I would not have know it was here. First off, the owner Tony is one of the friendliest people you can meet. There are authentic Cantonese dishes if you order the right ones. Some of our favorite dishes we ordered were the Beef Chow Fun, Salt and Pepper Shrimp, Twice Cooked Pork and Thai Style Shrimp Fried Rice. I would definitely recommend you take a drive out and give Tin Chi House a try.

The service was outstanding! Easily one of the nicest servers! I almost wanna say she was even an owner. Super helpful and knowledgeable about the menu!
The sides were out of this world! I had the wonton and the egg drop, they both tasted homemade. Some places you go there is almost a chemical aftertaste but here, it was as if a grandmother made it! It was an absolute chef’s kiss. The spring rolls were dynamite! Egg rolls had so much flavor and don’t even get me started on the crab ragoons! Just absolutely banging!
My wife got the general TSO with pork fried rice and I had the sesame chicken. Both were pretty good. A 7/10. The sauces were a little bit sweeter than I was expecting but still dynamite!
Overall, it’s definitely set up to be a take out but the welcoming atmosphere allows you to still have a good time and really enjoy everything when you dine in. It is a little bit expensive than we were expecting but we also did get quite a bit of food. My wife got a bubble tea that was very good. I got a diet Pepsi. However, know that the drinks will NOT be included into the price just because you dine in.
But this place is definitely one of the best hole in the wall Chinese places I have been too in a long time!

While the food was decent, the restaurant was freezing cold. Our food was all brought out on cold plates.
Also, their menus were not updated with current pricing. My meal was listed as $12.95, on the receipt it was $14.90.
We mentioned the heat issue a number of times to our server and then all the food was brought out on plates that felt like they had been kept in a freezer.
We won’t be dining in again.

Hands down best Chinese food i’ve ever had. The staff is friendly and the food is out of this world!!! The flavor and quality of the dishes are consistent and fresh and the prices are affordable. No where in Buffalo can match. Closed on Mondays but open for sit down and take out the rest of the week. Consider them for catering too! We have them cater for Lunar New Year celebrations.

This is the best it gets – HANDS DOWN!! It is definitely worth leaving the city and heading out to Alden to get to this restaurant. The menu is one of the best I’ve seen and the food is excellent! You can tell the kitchen takes pride in what comes out – the dining room is always clean and inviting – I’d suggest stopping by this place and trying out everything on the menu! If you’re on your way back from Darien Lake to Buffalo, that would be the perfect opportunity! Enjoy!

The food is sooo good but the prices online and on their menues is always wrong. But that being said they are pricey, but extremely good. The flavors are amazing and good quality ingredients.

It seems like most Chinese restaurants all taste the same, but not tin chi!! The chicken in general tso’s is huge and delicious, also the pork fried rice is delicious as well. Definitely recommend if your in this area.
