I had not been in this store in several months, but let me tell you. It is absolutely amazing now. The staff are so friendly and focused on customer service. The food as you can see in my pictures is extremely fresh and the serving area is clean like I’ve never seen it before. The dining area has tables that have been cleaned and repainted and just make it look amazing. My sandwich was fabulous and it was made exactly the way I wanted it. Try this place out and give them a chance even though in the past a prior Owner did not care about cleanliness. I give it today absolutely five stars and highly recommend it. Thank you Subway…..my new go to place!

I had not been to a Subway in years due to the decreasing quality, increasing cost and a bad experience with one. I had heard good feedback about the change in management at this Subway and figured I’d try it during a late day at work. I was amazed. Everything was fresh, the sandwich was very large, the cookies were great (not dried out) and the flavor of everything was spot on. I will be coming to the Subway again and I look forward to it. Great work.

They are shorting the meats on the sandwiches. I went by today and got a ft long cold cut combo and as he was making the sandwich i noticed he only put 9 pcs of meat instead of the normal amount of twelve and then spread it out so i wouldn’t notice.
I wonder how many times they have ripped me off before i noticed. Not to mention everyone else that goes in there.Topped off with serving yesterdays baked goods means i wont be going back to this one.

They always make the subs just like I want them. Andy is a great guy, never judges. So is the other team. They all deserve a raise. Every time I order I always order for my family. And they never judge. See attached for my fathers sub. Always clean. 10 of 10 will continue to come here.

Terrible experience. I ordered a footlong sub through the app. I received 5-10 shreds of lettuce on the entire sub. I received 3 pickles on the sub. I ordered regular spinach and barely received any. The bread is hard. The mayonnaise tastes sour. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had here. And I typically don’t complain about businesses! Do better! For everyone.

-Teriyaki Chicken. -Cold Cut
-Bacon. -Avacado. -Meatballs
-Flatbread. -Swiss cheese
-Steak should be cooking as I and another customer got the last of it (employee explained to another customer)

*Takeout order from inside
*Location seems clean and sanitary
*Neither employee wore a mask!
*Poor customer service!!..as it resembles a computer simulation: very lethargic in tone of voice and without any emotion. Stephen Hawking may have done better.

Walked inside at 5:50pm and it’s basically a wasteland. The two young ladies working didn’t greet us, nor did they acknowledge our presence at all. They only spoke a few things to each other while continuing what they were doing. We waited for about 7 minutes before one of them came over and spoke to us. Even though we still didn’t get greeted (only asked what we wanted), we placed our order for 3 ft. longs. Without any enthusiasm or positivity in voice or action; she began making the order, asking the usual questions. I had to repeat myself on a couple of things, which would be fine if I felt she was paying attention to me. She seemed dazed, confused, tired, or simply unhappy. Upon completing the order; during checkout, was the only time she seemed happy when she spoke. Her sentence was spoken at a tone which I could hear her clearly.

*We got home with the food; though the subs were marked correctly to know which was which, there was something unfortunate that followed us home: one sub had black olives on it that weren’t asked for. She did; however, add all the extra jalapeños that my guy wanted to his. That would mask the taste of all the olives because he doesn’t really care for them that much. It was just as I thought, she wasn’t paying attention to us or what she was doing.

*Normally, the experience at this location is much better, even though it’s usually while they’re busy, earlier in the day. Reluctantly, we will return because let’s face it… there’s not many choices in Batesburg.

Ordered online. I arrived about 10 minutes after my appointment said food was ready, however my food had not been started yet. I had to wait on the people who walked in just before me to be served before I got my food. I got my food about 13 minutes after arrival and waiting. Place was clean for the most part. Employees were nice overall. Ingredients looked good.

Every Subway heats their, subs steaks up. Not this one. Served it ice cold. ????. I asked about it. I was asked toasted, of a total of 5 times. After ordering the footlong, pretzels. Cooked. Then was told, WE NO HAVE CHEESE SAUCE. CHARGED FULL PRICE THOUGHT. I Will never visit this one again.

I quit going to the Batesburg Subway years ago because of the staff, the cleanliness, and the short supply of food. I decided to give them a try after hearing it is under new management. Nothing but nice things to say about them, the cleanliness, and the food! Such an amazing and sweet family.

We found out today this Subway has a new owner! We got 3 footings and a pretzel. Ladies behind the counter were very pleasant as well as the young man that come out when we was checking out. I think this is the best sub I’ve ever bought at this location. Strongly recommend you check out the new environment
