I had a relatively good experience here tonight. The service was great. I love servers who are attentive and friendly. I do have complaints, though. First, I was disappointed by the size of the menu items. They only offer four entries…so not a lot to choose from. Second, I ordered lamb chops, and there was just too much fat on the bone. I certainly do not have a problem paying higher prices for quality meat, but for meat, not fat, even though fat helps the meat taste better. Just a little frustrating.

Delicious! I loved the beets and arugula salad and baked Brie, perfect for one or two. And great cocktails. My server and staff were amazing.

Wonderful, all female staff that seemed to really care about each other, as well as their customers. It’s a gorgeous restaurant in the Eccles, with a cheerful personality, and high ceilings and windows. I believe they only offer services when there are shows in the theater, which I can imagine makes things challenging (shopping and food prep wise) when it’s a slow or isolated show run.
I have always enjoyed their food as well, which they make in-house in the kitchen upstairs, then prepare it on the line, to order. Fabulous quiche, vibrant salads, savory entrée’s and excellent deserts. Clever cocktails too!

The food was delightful. I got the spinach soup. It was very light and had great flavor and texture. The duck tacos were yummy. The steak salad is his favorite dish anywhere. This was the best steak salad he has ever had. Price to quality ratio is great. We left with a $58 tab. We spend that much at other places and have had less satisfying food. The creme brulee tart was yummy.

First time here for the Hamilton showing and it was a wonderful experience! Natalie my waitress was super sweet and took very good care of me as I was dining in. I got their chicken piccata, their bread pudding, and one of their cocktail specials. All really delicious and the atmosphere was really amazing! Really hope to come back again for another Broadway show!

The atmosphere and service were great at Tin Angel. Very comfortable and nice servers. I had the Morrocan crunch salad with chicken added. The greens were questionable with lots of brown wilty bits. The cauliflower was cold, soggy and not good. The chicken was dry and cold. I was expecting warm protein on the salad. My partner had the beet salad and it was fine. Generous on the pine nuts, but very basic. The best part was the Limoncelo cake. That was delicious! I couldn’t quite see the kitchen but it felt like the food is cooked ahead and just assembled on site. I would definitely come back for drinks and dessert.

Needless to say, their presentation is excellent. For a restaurant that calls itself a Cafe the quality of the food was great, their special was a NY Strip that was cooked and seasoned well with good sides and a small portion of Lobster meat! The duck confiet over risotto was also quite good. I would highly recommend the iced black mint tea and their “famous” bread pudding, both were delicious.

Eclectic, fun, nice patio and tasty creative food! Cantaloupe, mint cold ‘soup’, very delicious! What a great find, hiding in plain sight. And the service….impeccable!
Parking behind and on the street, handicap accessible.
A bit pricey for lunch. Be sure to check out the art gallery, very interesting.

Excellent food and service here. Make a reservation because they aren’t open very many hours but it’s perfect for before a show. They will make sure you’re ready to go with enough time to get to your seats. Very fun! We got the asparagus soup and gnocchi. Both wonderful. And started with the Brie. Would recommend all three. Will go here before every show we see at the Eccles!
