Excellent food & service. We ordered the Family pack and it was enough for 4 persons. Kebab was spicy to our taste. Rice was delicious. Also we ordered cheese & zaatar manakish and we loved it.
It is located in Market which was convenient to get ayran laban and other drinks. Highly recommended.

One of the worest taste of manaish i have ever taste in canada , the cheese manaesh should be akawi cheese ( i dont know what type of cheese they put , but its smelly and fatty )
And for yhe zaatar manaesh is oily as is soaked with oil . And we were only the customers there and it took him more than 20 minutes ..
i really dont recommend this for anyone and it my last visit .. by the way its not cheap compared to the quality …!!!!

this review is for noagara location. we decided to give it a try while staying at indoor water park at niagara with the kids. i requested no sauces on top on the rice and shawarma as kids might get picky. but when we requested them on the side we were told its $2 extra per sauce. now! im a reasonable person…if i was getting them on top AND on the side i understand…but this!?!? unacceptable! its not about money. also, we picked a 7:30 time for pickup from the options online..and the staff was very unpleasant that we ordered so late. their hours of operations say till 8:30..it is just terrible service! the food also was very average. this is not shawarma rice, but rather basmati rice with pulao taste with shawarma chicken on top. very weird combo. i would definitely take my money elsewhere considering food is not cheap; and not to mention they require a tip upfront on the web even prior to even giving you service…yeah…no!

We ordered the Family Platter for 4, but it was more than enough for 6 people—generous portions, very tasty, and extremely reasonable prices, especially for Niagara Falls, where everything is usually overpriced.
There’s also plenty of free parking in the plaza, even on weekends, which was a bonus.
5 stars for the food and service, and an extra star for providing a prayer space—much appreciated!

The taste was very average. Food wasn’t fresh, and the quantity of rice was way more than the chicken. It was oily as well.
The fries are simply COSTCO frozen fries.

The food is delicious! Lots of flavour!!! The kebabs are on point! Rice well cooked. And the garlic and red sauce is a perfect addition. I ordered off of Uber eats. 2 for 1. And I thought I would only be able to finish the one because it is a lot of food. Nope! I ate almost all of both boxes as it was that good!!!
Heard the service there is terrible. But the food sure does make up for it. Definitely will be trying more food from here.

If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would.
I placed an Uber Eats buy-one-get-one-free order for pickup. When my husband reached the restaurant, they casually claimed that “some girl” had already picked up our order. Now, here’s the unbelievable part — the order was under my husband’s name. How exactly does a random girl show a man’s name on her phone and walk away with the food? Their response: “We can’t do anything. Contact Uber.”
Let me be very clear — this was not a mix-up, this was a straight-up scam.
The real reason? Our order had a heavy promotional discount, and instead of honouring the deal, they simply chose not to prepare the food. They conveniently blamed an imaginary “customer” to avoid taking a loss. Absolutely disgraceful.
This business clearly operates with zero integrity. They wasted our time, kept our money, and tried to brush it off. No apology, no accountability — nothing.
If you value your money and your sanity, stay far away from this place. I genuinely hope Uber investigates them, because customers should not be treated like this.

Popped in just to check things out at the Eastern food market, and found this place. Ordered some takeout and was not disappointed! Kebab wrap was amazing, fries were awesome. Prices for the combo was reasonable for the amount of food.
