I really enjoyed my evening at the newly renovated bar & restaurant. Friendly help. DJ. Dance floor. Pool tables. Good food @ reasonable prices. I’ll be going back & bringing friends. Friday & Saturday nights can be pretty upbeat & fun other days are more chill. A+ Nostalgic since I was actually there back in the late 70s when it was Keddy’s.

Out snowmobiling in the wicked cold that we get in northern Maine and someone suggested stopping in at the newly renovated Time Out Sports Bar and Pub that’s inside of the newly renovated Presque Isle Hotel. A lot of good things happening here from the looks of it. It was great to have a place where you can come backafter a cold ride to get nice and warm and if it’s too cold then you can just relax and rest in your room and don’t even have to leave because the bar has a brand new menu with a wide variety of food and drink and there’s some pretty nice pool tables with a nice choice of cues along with a darts area. Kids are welcome but probably not great after 8:00 on Friday night or Saturday night when it’s mostly adults and there’s a DJ. The menu really has an awesome variety of tasty food. I’m not going to say I was shocked but more like pleasantly surprised.
The help is really nice and attentive without being overly pushy.
I could see this becoming like my Cheers.
re: negative reviews IMHO some people just have nothing positive to say even when they’re safe and warm in a friendly atmosphere. Plus probably Other Bar owners don’t like the competition would be my guess.

The 1/2 lb. Burger was fabulous. I was so full after eating the whole thing. My wife had the NY strip and it was cooked perfectly. Very tender and juicy. With green beans and potatoes. It was amazing. Everything was delicious and plentiful. Highly recommend!!

My family has frequented the Time Out weekly. The atmosphere is laid back, friendly, and comfortable. I love that the chefs put a personal twist on their recipes, try new dishes, and always appreciate the feedback.

Here you have a sports bar that opens at 5pm, has dart boards, BUT you can’t throw darts during dinner??? What is that about? The food is not that good either, just sports bar food. The only thing this sports bar had going for it was eating bar food, drinking beer and throwing darts. Now that they stopped patrons from throwing darts, we took our business elsewhere… AND where the food is better.(eh hem… Par & Grill) AND the Par & Grill has more patrons (see pictures below). So, if you like to throw darts, eat good food and drink beer, P&G is the place to go. Sorry Time Out “Sports” Bar, we gave you our business for over a year, but your bar “manager” is NOT business oriented. One last question bar “manager”, if a hotel patron wants to throw darts while staying there, are you going to deny them too??

Just sat there 20 minutes. Niether of the women waiting on people even acknowledged I was there. They were busy fighting with each other over orders and having to run each other’s food. When a local got the smaller of them to talk to me, she said “what do you want to drink?” I said, “what beers to you have?” She responded, “the ones on display and in the case.” I left.
