Great spot to have a sweet treat! Ice cream is smooth and delicious. Some flavors change monthly. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Portions are large. I can only do one scoop. Great place to visit.

This is a really nice ice cream parlor that will take you back in time. They serve 24 varieties of ice cream plus many sundaes and shakes created with these options. My wife and I were traveling through and were very glad we found it. The place was very clean and the decor gave the appearance of an old fashioned ice cream parlor. We’ll definitely return when we’re nearby.

Over the moon about the dairy-free option that is literally the best ice cream I’ve had in years (vanilla oat). I’m a little selfish to say I was disappointed you had no alternative milks so it could be made into a shake – I was really looking forward to a dairy-free Oreo shake! Please consider adding an alternative milk to have on hand for mixing with this delicious ice cream. However, even if you don’t, I WILL be back for that vanilla oat!!! Kinda tasted like sea salt caramel (my favorite).

Arrived at this lovely little ice cream shop called Soda and Scoops and was absolutely delighted with not only the quality of ice cream but also the relaxing atmosphere and the bright smiles that filled the workers faces. Went in there and they had 2 employees and before i got my wallet out someone stepped in and made an order before me, waited for about 10-15 minutes with only that 1 order and got impatient and left. Also seemed overpriced. Just wanted a rootbeer float.

Absolutely adorable (and DELICIOUS) authentic ice cream and soda shop in downtown Rolla! They have delicious (rotating) flavors, incredible sundaes, and traditional floats, phosphates, and sodas. My younger kids love the candy shop section including old school faves!
This is one of our family’s favorite spots in town! Worth every penny.
