First time ordering. I need to order crispy wings next time. I ordered the lemon pepper and gold digger flavor. I got 15 wings and I am glad they let me pick two flavors. They also labeled the flavors on the outside of the box which I thought was pretty cool. The wings were flavorful and well seasoned. I did not order any sides. So, I cannot speak to them. I nearly forgot to take photos. However, I was able to get one picture before I finished them all. I would definitely order again.

Excellent service and food! Unique menu items that are all delicious. Cozy environment and the staff checked on us to see if we weee enjoying our time. They even brought us more cheese and sauces at our request. Would highly recommend this for wing lovers or food lovers in general. 5 stars

Wasn’t sure about this place in the beginning, but we’ve been here a few times for dinner, and so far it is amazing! Friendly employees, fantastic food. The chicken is by far some of the best in Battle Creek. We like ours extra crispy! The tenders are a bit skinny, but good nonetheless – very JUICY chicken! The fries are great, the signature fries are a little sweet, nice surprise though. Sauces are all wonderful, find one that sounds good and try it, you won’t regret trying new things here. Their version of cheese curds are delicious as well. We will definitely be back again and again.

Beyond excited to find a place that fries their food in beef, tallow, healthy, and good for you! No toxic vegetable oil. Strongly suggest you check them out!

“My second visit was even better than the first. I even had the chance to meet the owner! The food is excellent—especially their fries, which are always seasoned perfectly and crispy. The wait time was short, and you truly get what you pay for. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish.”

Disappointing Experience – Unacceptable Treatment of a Customer
On July 1, 2025, around 4:15 p.m., my girlfriend and I visited Time to Wing It. We witnessed an unsettling incident that has ensured we will never return. An elderly lady, a loyal customer, was at the counter speaking politely with the waitress. She shared how much she loved the restaurant despite receiving incorrect orders on her last two visits. She remained kind and pleasant, never raising her voice or being rude. When the waitress offered her a combo, the lady inquired about it, noting that her previous combo orders didn’t include a drink as promised. She clearly agreed to a drink with her order. However, when she asked about drink options, the waitress claimed she hadn’t ordered a combo and denied her the drink. The lady graciously accepted the misunderstanding, saying, “That’s okay, it’s not a problem.” She then requested her wings be well-done. Moments later, a man—presumably the manager or owner—emerged from the back and confronted her aggressively, insisting there was a problem despite her calm assurances that there wasn’t. She reiterated her past order issues politely, only wanting to ensure her order was correct this time. Shockingly, the man continued to challenge her, escalating a non-issue. The elderly lady, still composed, asked the waitress why she felt the need to involve the manager over a simple clarification. Feeling harassed, she requested to cancel her order and get a refund. Instead of addressing her respectfully, the manager rudely ordered her to leave the restaurant. She left peacefully, despite the unjust treatment.
This was appalling to witness. The elderly lady did nothing wrong—she was polite, patient, and even praised the restaurant despite past mistakes. The waitress’s actions and the manager’s hostile response were unacceptable. A loyal customer deserved respect, not public humiliation. If Wing It has security footage, I urge them to review it and see the truth of this incident. The waitress should be held accountable, and the restaurant owes this customer a sincere apology.
We regret not walking out ourselves and will never return to Time to Wing It. Potential customers should know how this establishment treated a kind, elderly woman who simply wanted what she paid for. Avoid this place until they demonstrate better respect for their patrons.

Ordered 6 wings, they allow two flavors when you order 6. Garlic Parmesan and Death Valley. Both VERY tasty. Death Valley was hot, but still enjoyable. Garlic Parmesan was my favorite. Got the chicken sandwich too with ghost pepper and that was REALLY good. 80s rock music playing, which I enjoy. Clean. Fountain drinks and 20 oz bottles.
