This was our first time here, we made a reservation for four (4) and it was fantastic. The restaurant is very attractive and beautiful. The service is extremely great and our server was Netanya (Tanya), she was so charming and considerate. She made us feel at home, so does the atmosphere of this establishment. The food was superb, we can’t wait to return again because this was our first time here. The owners had a special menu for Valentines day and it was well worth it. My wife enjoyed it so much she was so happy that I found this restaurant. Not only was our server so courteous and special, so was her helper Sydney. He was checking on us all the time, asking if we needed anything. Keeping our water glasses filled, removing any empty plates. Sydney provided us with our to-go containers, thank you and Tonya for such superb service that we will return again and again.

La Fontanella is absolutely one of my favorite spots so far in Southwest Florida. Incredible Italian food — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared from start to finish. The pastas were outstanding and the atmosphere was warm and inviting.
Our waiter Faruk was phenomenal — attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely made the experience even better. Top-notch service, fantastic food, and a place we’ll definitely return to. Highly recommend! ✨

Wonderful neighborhood Italian restaurant! They put together a very inviting and comfortable dining atmosphere along with a very attractive and inviting bar. We are regulars at this local restaurant which is like “Cheers”, where everyone knows your name. So, when we were looking for a location to celebrate our 50th anniversary, we met with Ismael, the manager. He showed us a private room that was perfect, helped with a custom menu, set it up perfectly and assured us Cassie, Faruk and Franco would take care of us. It went so well we closed down the restaurant because our 30 guests didn’t want to go home!! It couldn’t have been better. If you have a special event coming up, meet with Ismael (one of the nicest people you will ever meet) and I promise you won’t be disappointed. Thank you to everyone at La Fontanella for making our special anniverary a night to remember.

The food was very good…everyone in our group enjoyed their meals, and everything came out perfectly. What really made the evening stand out, though, was the service. Freddy and the entire staff were amazing. They were attentive, friendly, and helped make the celebration feel effortless and special for our family.
It’s not always easy coordinating a larger celebration, but the team handled everything so well and made my dad’s 80th birthday memorable. From the food to the service, it was an all-around great experience. Highly recommend for a special occasion!

The Filet Mignon was terrific along with the rest of the food. The restaurant has gluten free options.

Tonya, our server, was truly exceptional, one of the best we’ve ever encountered, anywhere. Her personality and attention to detail were truly remarkable, and we were so grateful to have her take care of us. The bussers were equally wonderful, polite and efficient with the bread, grated cheese, and clearing, and they were all happy-looking too. The food was excellent, with all the dishes beautifully created and perfectly seasoned. We thoroughly enjoyed everything and wholeheartedly compliment the chef. The only, and perhaps most significant issue is the ambiance. The lighting is quite bright, and the dining area could use a bit of a refresh. You already have everything in place to become a top-tier restaurant with just a little extra polish.

The food was delicious. The Bolognese, yum. The Shrimp – outstanding. The mushroom soup was creamy and rich with flavor.

Went there for the early bird special with some girlfriends. The Burrata Bruschetta was amazing! Also ordered the Carpaccio; this was laid under a bed of greens and shredded parmesan cheese. It took away from the flavor of the Carpaccio. My friend for dinner ordered Capellini Terra e Mare and that looked fabulous. She raved how great it was. And I had the Tortellini Taormina. Some of the best vodka sauce I’ve every had.
