As someone who frequents Tim Hortons daily, I can tell you that this is one of the best run locations in the city. The staff are always friendly, greeting you with a smile and making you feel welcome whether you’re in the drive-thru or inside the restaurant. The drive-thru service is always fast and efficient considering the amount of traffic they get.
Inside and out, the location is spotless—tables are clean, floors are well maintained, and the exterior is always tidy. It’s clear the team takes pride in keeping the place looking great. Between the warm customer service, quick drive-thru, and clean environment, this Tim Hortons sets the standard for how a coffee shop should be run.

What a wonderful Tim Hortons. Very well run and the General Manager Laura is just incredible. The store is always clean, the staff are always so frienldy and are extremely fast. My orders are always correct. I see the same staff each and every day for over the last few years. Great store and ownership. Best Tim Hortons in sault ste marie by far..

Update: I contacted customer care. Their response was that they are currently inundated with other complaints. Still waiting… I doubt I will get a response. A representative will just pass the buck like the owner has.
Start hiring quality employees! This is the second time I had bits of paper mixed into my farmers wrap. I will not be coming back to this location again nor others. Tim Hortons is going downhill fast.

I called to report a mistake in our order hoping to have it replaced, I could hear the girl explaining the issue to her manager or at least that’s my guess, but whoever picked up the phone next simply hung up like its a joke and made no efforts to call back. Drive through is a line of cars out to the roadway, inside customers are lined up to the doors.
The Workers inside are dragging there feet around like they don’t want to be at work. Also Touching muffins and donuts with there bare hands. Besides all that. Where’s the glaze on the chocolate glazed and honey dipped Tim bits!?

Went there before work for a coffee and farmers wrap, and when I opened it up, there was MELTED PLASTIC IN MY WRAP. That’s beyond disgusting and the guy you had working the drive thru window was unpleasant. Didn’t say a word to me and kept talking to his friend.
