I ordered the chicken noodle soup and coffee. The soup comes with bread. Food was good, nothing wrong with the order besides they forgot butter with the bread. I went back to the counter to ask for butter and the short older lady looked at me, clearly heard me and ignored me. I asked again for butter and she looked at me, ignored me and began to talk to the person behind me. Then a younger lady came to the front, who was clearly busy, and I asked for butter and she responded right away giving me butter. That younger lady had great customer service. The older lady was extremely rude. This is the 3rd time coming inside to order at this location since moving here and every time I get that older lady who has been extremely rude every single time. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and let it slide 2 other times thinking it was just a bad day. But 3rd time, that is on her. I come to this tim hortons almost every day for coffee, but now I will be going to other locations.

Worst Tim’s location in town. They always mess something up. 2 times in a row I was given the wrong kind of hot chocolate (even though the order is correct). Just today we ordered 1 coffee and 1 hot chocolate, yet we received 2 coffees (no hot chocolate) and 1 less pastry than ordered. Love wasting money and time.

Staff is always rude, but today I ordered a hash brown and after I paid they told me they didn’t have it and for me to chose a donut or other baking goods, I went to see what it was there for me to choose and there was huge green flies all over the baking goods, I told them and they dismissed me and continued selling those! I told the girl to give me my money back and the flies on the baking good are disgusting, but anyway they continue serving those.

Went through the drive thru and was told I could not use scan and pay to pay for an order of a gift card. After going to another location in the soo I asked and was told I can do that. Girl behind the counter wouldn’t even try to scan it. Not going back here, what a rip off.

I had a disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. The staff were not polite, and one employee sony spoke rudely, asking “are you paying or not” even though my order was not completed. There was also a clear lack of teamwork among employees, which made the service slow and unpleasant. I hope management addresses these issues so customers can receive respectful and professional service in the future.

Ordered through the drive thru over 2 months ago, and when I received the doughnut meant for my son it was covered in gravel and rocks as if dropped on the floor. You can even see where the chocolate coating is rippled from landing on the floor. I have tried reaching out to the store, and customer service to no avail. They obviously don’t care about the consumer, orthe quality of items they distribute and just the bottom line. Have reached out to them several times over the previous 2 months and they are avoiding any and all contact. Avoid this location at all costs. I honestly can’t believe the ownership and customer service here, just absolutely despicable human beings who should feel down right disgusted in themselves. This is not over.
